Seekos Astoria — Restaurant in New York

where do i begin? ok me and my homegirl had reservations for the spot next door lastnight and when we walked by i said oh this is dj self new restaurant let’s support him ……… 😒‼️ we walked in immediately it was to loud where they sat us so we asked to moved to the back , the waitress took 15 mins to even come to us , she comes over my homegirl orders the lobster roll i ordered lobster mac & cheese and wings , the food comes out she brings me the wings 20 mins go by i asked her where is my mac and cheese she said didn’t hear me order that , now im annoyed 😒 we are asking her for utensils and napkins she is making drinks and giving other tables water it was 15 mins before we could even start eating while our food is sitting on the table , she never came over to ask us if we wanted more drinks or anything, now a rapper comes in with his Entourage so now we are really being ignored, dj self keeps asking us if we are ok but in all actuality he wanted us to get up so the rappers friends could sit down , we orderd a hookah and some drinks , we are right across from where the rapper is sitting , a person from his team bumps into to waiter and he drops the food he was serving, ketchup splashed all over us‼️on my Louis Vuitton bag and my gucci shoes , i call self over and im like they just got ketchup all over us he wipes my bag rolls his eyes and walks away , no shots , discount on our bill or anything , NEVER AGAIN, im a business owner and this is not how you treat people who come out to support you. I WILL NEVER GO BACK . ( they didn’t play one cardi song )...

I went there on Sunday, April 13th for the grand opening of their Brunch. They were NOT ready for brunch their pitcher of rum punch tasted like medicine. We were the only ones there for over an hour in the restaurant. The Dj & photographer they hired were good. The only reason I’m even giving them 2 stars is for the bartender’s, SammiJ’s AMAZING customer service. Someone came in to use the bathroom who didn’t stay to dine in & blew up the bathroom so bad I asked Ali to clean it he did not. She went from behind the bar to clean it. She went of out her way to make a new pitcher herself when she saw for herself that the premade pitcher of rum punch tasted horrible. My shrimp was good home fries could’ve been...

That place is on fire! I couldn't believe how nice it was! The DJ was hitting all the right songs, like he had a direct line to my playlist.😂 And the drinks? the bartenders were mixing them like they were auditioning for a cocktail Olympics!
