Shake Shack Bryant Park — Restaurant in New York

My first Shake Shack experience: Walked in this location at 5:45pm and immediately saw the overflowing trash cans. Loved the ordering experience by tablet- why isn’t that standard at all quick service restaurants? I received the text that our order (for three people) was ready- went to the counter to pick up and saw four or five employees in the back talking to one another and one very nervous young man assembling orders on his own. I asked for napkins since the dispenser was empty in the restaurant and he gave me two. I asked again and he walked away after muttering something. I literally had to wave down another employee who shot me a side eye like I was doing something terrible. She got me the napkins we needed. I then realized the young nervous guy had given us exactly one packet of ketchup for three orders of fries. Went to the ketchup dispenser… it was empty. I walked back to the counter and it looked like a team meeting was happening towards the back so I gave up. The very limited indoor seating looked like many hours or days had passed since it was last cleaned. Safe to say: never going back! The clearly peaked a few years...

You order from a kiosk. I selected a beer, waited 5 minutes and no one came to enter a code for an age verification. I sent my son to the counter and the girl standing there told my little kid that she was on a break (playing on her phone at the front counter). Finally got someone and then entered my phone number to receive a text when order was done. It was too crowded and very little seating inside so we waited outside for the text. 30 minutes later I walked in and it was just sitting on the counter. No text. Since I had no idea how long it had been sitting there and didn't want it getting colder we went to get a seat. Patiently waiting for the guy who was getting up and putting on his jacket another female customer about 30yo jumps in front of my child and steals the seat he was waiting on. Will not be back to this location. For what it's worth the burger was good but the atmosphere and customer...

Literally worst take out experience of my life. Our order said online ready between 9-9:10, we arrived at 9. By 9:20 our order still did not come up. We asked one of the employees (the only good part of this experience) about the status, and he said it seemed the order had come up but maybe was taken by someone else. When he told the kitchen staff in the order, they said the order had been put up 1 minute prior and refused to remake it (we had been standing by the online order drop off for 20 minutes, this was not the case). 15 minutes later we are stil here and the kitchen is still refusing to make the order. At this point the guy handling the orders went back to the grill to prepare the order for us HIMSELF. Our order came out at 9:35, prepared by Dylan....
