I will NEVER step foot into this place again. My boyfriend and I needed to buy a hat for a game we were attending that night. I got to the store first and decided to wait for him inside. A minute later an associate came up to me and asked me if I needed help. I kindly said no and he got an attitude. He proceeded to go over to his other coworkers and talk about "how females think you want to talk to them if you ask them for help" referring to me. I ignored him and continued to wait. Three minutes later I see security and other sales associated following, circling and staring me down as if I wanted to steal something! I called my boyfriend and told him to hurry because I felt absolutely uncomfortable. He arrived to the store a minute later and walked upon some associates talking about me! Told me he needed to remove the hangers and as soon as it was in his hands he took it behind the register. I wait on line and when I arrive at the register, the woman behind the register turns around, removes her mask, starts to eat some snacks, talks to another employee and just walks away as I stand there waiting to make my purchase. I go to the next available register and point out from a sloppy disorganized pile of products behind him. The line was busy for an hour and then when I finally did get through they would not let me put something on hold and told me they didn't have sizes left - without checking, when it said the location had online. Talked to 2 workers- the first lady didn't want to deal with me after I questioned the "no hold policy" Bc she knew it didn't make sense and gave me to another lady and they were both very rude and short with me like they didn't have time to take the call.
