Ok I ordered again and it was amazing as always and this time i took a few pictures and video.

1st review smelled so good I forgot to take a photo.

I went for the chicken Philly, and it was… fine. The bread was soft and slightly toasted, chicken was flavorful enough, and everything was hot and fresh — all the basic boxes checked. It’s a solid bite when you’re hungry, but not exactly something I’ll be craving later or bragging about to friends.

Charley’s is consistent, decent value, and fills the void, but it’s not the “best cheesesteak in the world” they claim. If you go in expecting something quick and satisfying rather than life-changing, you’ll leave happy enough.

I placed an order. I specified I did not want cheese on the fries but on the side. Upon receiving my order there was cheese on the fries. Soggy and gross fries, fine, this dude fought with me that I did not specify that when I was looking at my receipt and I indeed did. Also, the kids meal comes with a cookie. They did not include that either. They said next time I come I can get it but that doesn't help me now when my kid knows his meal come with a cookie and now doesn't have it. I was also told my deliver would be here by 645 and it did not come till 715. Never ordering...
