This is my personal experience. I've eaten in this shake shack countless times and I can't tell you their Patty flavor varies on a day to day basis. Reason for low star reviews is that firstly, the burger is way to greesy. When you eat a burger you're looking for the good amount of fat in the Patty and the "blood" juices inside of it. Instead the burger uses way too much oil and butter, which absorbs into the Patty and makes it too greesy and salty. I've also ordered their "nuggets", I would say do not order this, as the batter was majority of the chick, at first I thought the chicken pieces were huge and instead it was batter. I peeled off majority of the batter and I can fill back up the bucket they gave me that came with the nuggets The fries are delicious and the dragon glass drink is for people who love mint flavor. I would say the cheese on the fries are medicore. If you're looking for a great sandwich with cheese, there's a place called Roll N Roaster, try it out or Google it. At night time it's...

I am a fan of the food at shake shack, but the service and order accuracy is honestly appalling. I have never experienced this level of inaccurate orders at any other fast food restaurant at this frequency.
Because we live close to this shake shack, my partner and i often stop in before heading home to get takeout and more often than not we get the wrong items, items are left out entirely, or don't get our requested add-ons. Obviously, by the time we get home and realize the mistake, we are too far away to remedy it. I have no trust in this location anymore, and estimate that we have ordered at least $15 worth of food we've never received.
Some examples of what has happened: -ordered a burger with bacon and sauce on side. got no bacon, no sauce, no tomato (?) -ordered a fancy "innovation" dry-aged burger, got a regular burger, 1 patty -ordered 2 burgers, only got 1 burger -fries left...

Approached as I finished my meal, asked politely and warmly if she could clean the table off for me and then asked how I enjoyed my meal before suggesting she hopes I come back in soon. I literally left the store and walked back in to tell her how much I appreciated that small touch. Our world is growing increasingly cold, and machine driven, and it was so utterly refreshing to have just a tiny bit of unexpected but warm human interaction. We often prioritize hard skills and experience when it comes to people but some things can’t be learned by even the smartest of humans. It’s either there or not and she has it in spades. She....
