Chopt or Tossed salad?

I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to for this one I have been eating from Chopt for years, however, with this location you can only order through their app or kiosk. I placed quite a few orders from this location and been noticing my salad is more “tossed “than “Chopt” My plum tomatoes and avocado are always cut in half, also my cut in half avocado is always placed on top of my salad, so much for that being Chopt within salad.My kale and spinach always look like it was shredded by hand, jalapeños always look sliced, and the other sides that I add just looks whole or cubed. This location There is a big wall as soon as you walk in so you can not see How they’re making your salad. I’ve been to many Chopt locations where the salads are Chopt in smaller pieces which releases all the flavors in the salad and taste more creamy. I could went to a corner Deli if I wanted a tossed salad and for a cheaper price at that. Chopt gets 5 stars from me, but this location needs to do do...

I come to the Chopt on Varick Street every week, and it’s hands down one of the best lunch spots in the area. The food is always fresh, delicious, and consistent, which is why I keep coming back. But what really makes this location stand out is the amazing customer service. The staff is always friendly and efficient, even during the busy lunch rush. I have to give a special shoutout to Jeanette—she is always so kind, welcoming, and remembers me every time. It makes a huge difference and adds such a personal touch to my visits.
