Siegelman's Cakes — Restaurant in New York

im eating their cakes for 30 plus years. i have had quality and professionalism all throughout. bec. their cakes are not made with artificial ingredients its sometimes hard to get in short notice. so if its a very busy season you need to order in advane. these cakes are not commercial they are hand done each one. they always taste the same. if you know the taste and have eaten thier stuff you will say the same. im not related in any way yet i cant recall anyone making stuff taste this good in my life. seriously. you dont need to take my word for it you try it yourself and see for yourself. also if your insistant on getting that cake she doesnt have she cant give it to you. she is not a store front with commercial stuff. she is very personalized hence the authentic taste and people wondering if this is a cake store. anyway i wish all people luck on finding the...

When I thought of sending my son in Colorado something special, I thought of sending him his favorite cake in the whole wide world! A Siegelman caramel log. But how would it get there in one piece? I bought a lemon log cake from Mrs. Siegelman which came frozen.. when defrosted the cake tasted horrible and old. When I called to exchange she had a nasty attitude and didn't stand behind her product. I've gotten cake from them in the past (has always been delicious and fresh) but the quality of their product has gone down the drain.
