I ordered via delivery before and enjoyed the taste of the burgers so I returned for a second visit in person to get take out. Unfortunately, the staff were unprofessional and seemed to prioritize chatting with coworkers rather than providing quality service to their customers. I observed one staff member in particular take much longer than necessary to wrap the burgers. She slowly put in on the paper, slowly folded up each side, then changed the sheet of paper for whatever reason, and even took time to just stare at the burger during the process. I also had to wait for her to slowly change her gloves. Meanwhile she would pause to chat with coworkers, too. If you have security cameras in your building, please watch from today, Tuesday, Oct 12 5:21pm. When asked to hurry the order (which the cashier said would take an average of 6 minutes but actually took 18 minutes - triple the promised time), the staff member bagging the burgers stated that she needed to wait for the burgers to come out in a matter of fact tone, without any polite expression or sympathies for the wait/delay which her coworker right in front of her played a role in. With this type of staff it won't be long before the place goes out of business. I sincerely suggest that you reevaluate your staff and/or change some of your crew members because they are not at all interested in helping the business. In addition, the taste of my order was on the saltier side, especially the chicken burger. Overall, the experience at Smash Burger today was very unpleasant, and I do not plan to return if this staff...
