Tulcingo — Restaurant in New York

This place does not look like much, but u have got to try their burritos, though the woman working there today offered a toxic service, their burrito is really amazing, I love the Carnitas (pork). They look more like a tacky odd sprayed colors cake shop from outside. Inside, there is lots of Mexican breads, watch it, they are cover with sugar...too sweet for me. Regardless this place must be a little place for mexicans to find their favorite treats! They have a lot of mexican snacks i have never seen before, but they all look spicy 😁 This is my 4th time ordering a burrito here and I decided to taste their bread. They have trays laying around and tongs to use, I decided to reach for a paper towel next to the trays and it to place it on the tray that has been out there since who knows what time, the woman gave me a bad attitude about it. I was told not use the paper towel, according to her the trays are cleaned with Clorox!!! So, shouldn't I with more reasons taken that paper towel and use it on my tray??? Or at least have a wax paper or napkin to be covered with. I would give this place only one star but that would be unfair because their food is good, but their service is bad. Whenever I want Mexican food I always come here and I always try to ignore the bad service and attitude from the waiter, but yesterday she made me want to throw up my food after having a bad moment. The waiter got my order wrong and was telling me that I will still have to eat it, because that’s what I order and she already brought out.Now she didn’t write down my order, she kept being in a rush asking us constantly if we were ready to order and she got my order wrong, it’s not like I ordered In English or a difficult plate and how will I eat something that I DIDNT ORDER HOW WILL I NOT KNOW WHAT I ORDER!!! i had to order what I wanted again and STILL PAY for her error because she kept walking by reminding us that we had to pay for that plate !! I'd give them lower, but my previous experiences here weren't really anything to complain about. My family celebrated two birthdays here, so you can see my family as loyal customers, or frequent at least. Today, though, the cashier took $10 from me. I was charged $16.60 and gave her $26.60, expecting $10 back. About a minute later I asked about my change and she replied, "No, you gave me $16." After I got my food I asked again and she repeated that I was wrong. I hope they read this review as well as review the camera footage to see what I really handed them. I guess I could've asked about reviewing it myself but I was in a hurry at the moment. The cashier/waitress doesn't seem that friendly either unless she's talking with her coworker.
