St. Pat's Bar & Grill NYC — Restaurant in New York

Dishonest business practices. We came in to have a beer while on a restaurant wait list. Before our beers arrived, we were notified our table was ready. We had not received our drinks. I located our waitress in the bar and asked her to cancel our order( less than 2 minutes later) She told us we couldn’t but offered to let me take my unopened ordered bottle of beer with me. I declined and paid for our drinks. After dinner, we returned and asked to use our credit for at least one of the beers (remember mine was unopened). Waitress checked with manager and now we were told no - rationale was that the bottle had been opened (not clear how as we were offered the unopened bottle earlier). No quarrel with waitress (left her 20% earlier in the evening even though drinks canceled), but hustling on the bottle struck me as petty, if not sketchy. Manager sent waitress to tell me - could have had decency to come over and explain him/herself rather than send the waitress to support a flimsy narrative. Unfortunate experience. Seems myopic on management part insofar as all I was asking for was honoring an offer from an hour prior on the bottled beer. I understand the loss on the pour (but I’m betting they still sold the pour, if in fact was poured - never brought out to...

Worst experience and rudest staff!!! DO NOT GO THERE...Not recommend a place where there is no respect for guests, and there is no welcoming attitude.

We checked in with the host and she sat us at the bar. The bartender was rude from the beginning. She gave me one menu and we were 5 people and she refused to give another menu to the other people at our party!!!! The guys ordered a drink and two of us (women) weren't going to order a drink. While the 3rd woman was looking at the menu, the bartender told us in the rudest way that you cannot order 2 drinks only and sit at the bar. We reminded her that the host told us to sit there and nothing was mentioned and there is no such a rule like that. She continued to repeat and ignore the other woman in our party trying to order…!!! We told her she is kicking us out, so we are leaving….The interesting and at the same time disappointing part was the restaurant manager didn't follow the right course of action and in return told us we cannot talk to his team like that!! Wondering if he knows his team's...

this place is a joke, the blonde waitress made my friends and i feel stupid. my friend ordered a margarita pizza, and she received a cheese pizza with chopped tomatoes no basil . we asked the waitress on why it came like that since margarita pizza comes with fresh mozzarella and basil. she STATED that the pizza that she received is how they advertise it and that this is the way they make it. my friend asked if she can have something else but the waitress said that she had to still pay for the pizza since there is nothing "wrong" with it. my friend gave in and ordered a burger and asked for it to be cooked well done, when she got the burger it was medium rare, we sent that back quickly. we were there longer than expected for some mediocre food. i just checked right now on their website and tell me why it states it that the margarita pizza comes with "fresh basil"???? that waitress was very passive aggressive and i hope any future customers that they get never experience what we did. we will never be back. this...
