Starbucks — Restaurant in New York

There is always some sort of issue at this location. The staff is young, immature and extremly rude every visit. On one visit I walked in and out of 6 employees present no one acknowledged me because the staff was too busy looking at Halloween photos. I had to say HELLO to get someones attention and then they looked at me as if I had no right to be annoyed. Derek specifically likes to have visitors and chats up a storm while "working". I watched him hold my half prepared drink while he chatting with a nurse. I had to turn to the nurse and ask if she can hang on a sec while he completes my order as he was distracted. I was the only customer there and start to finish it took 18 minutes for me to leave.

On another occasion the lobby supposedly had no heat according to the little man who was screaming. They decided to close down the store and continue to turn away customers. No signs posted, no apologies just screaming at customers and included a pregnant employee in the mix. I have no idea how not having heat in the lobby prevents them from making beverages or heating up food but it was clear they wanted to get paid for doing nothing.

I have called Starbucks cus serv several times to file a complaint. While they do take responsibility and compensate me for my issues, I still see the same idiots working there. More people need to file complaints so we can finally get good service at this very...

The staff is so incredibly rude. They never have things and need to "substitute." I've ordered online before because the app allows you to but was told that isn't the case, and they have never done that. Last time, I just left without the order and no refund but this time I will be reaching out. Staff thinks it's ok to blast their music, joke around, and treat people disrespectfully and that's not ok. They had no idea the night I just had been through where I left work the previous day, had to take care of an extremely sick family member bring them to the ER, then come back to work and that was the first moment to just grab something to eat and drink in almost 48 hours at 330a only to be treated like garbage. I should have taken a picture before drinking most of it. But look at how light the picture looks! I ordered a large vanilla oatmilk latte and what I was given was pretty much an $8 cup of oatmilk! I rarely get Starbucks because I dislike paying so much for coffee and this location there's ALWAYS a line. If you want to waste 30-40 minutes of your time, come here! That is how long you'll be waiting on line and for your order. So because there was an error with my order, they had to refund my original order and wait an additional 5 minutes for the manager to return. I kid you not, I don't EVER want to return to this location. Every-single-damn-time! There's an issue with my order and I waste so much time & money here. PLEASE...
