Unfortunately I wasn’t wow with it. I placed my order which it’s was Macchiato modified as I always do when I visit any Starbucks, however the cashier proceeded to tell me that that was some type of latte. But I didn’t want a a latte I wanted the drink that I always order specifically, because I have a dairy allergy. I didn’t argue I took my drink with the milk substitute but it was not what I ordered. they fix whatever was easier for them to make at the moment. I noticed that they were going back and forward about the order and when I asked if it was made the milk substitute and they said yes however 30 mins after drinking the coffee I got sick very sick. I should’ve known already since the it didn’t taste like my regular coffee, but more like milk. I been drinking Starbucks for years and very rear do I run into a problem like this. They should do better and pay more attention. It’s my first time here as I am from out of state. I am not saying it was done On purpose, however they need to be careful and mindful Specially when the customer makes known that they have a DAIRY ALLERGY. I understand that they’re are always busy but there wasn’t many customers in the restaurant. So therefore I don’t understand the unprofessionalism...
Read moreI had one of the biggest surprises of my life today at this Starbucks and I was extremely disappointed. This particular Starbucks is in an particular area that is not that wealthy. I never thought in a million years that I would have to spend more money for one of my regular drinks here, then I do where I live. I spent $8.11 for a Frappuccino, the drink, one shot and tax. Granted, it was venti size and I added a shot of expresso, but that is absolutely outlandish. Where I live it costs a $1.25 less for the same drink. Go figure. Quite frankly, we cannot blame just rent and sales tax. Starbucks is is taking advantage of the consumer. On the other side of all of this, the staff is terrific and friendly. The general manager is wonderful and the store is very clean. It's a very busy place and the selection of food is nice and they have good sitting areas to rest. I'm only sorry to say that I won't buy a Frappuccino here anymore when I'm in this area. I hope the right powers that be pay attention to this. No drink in their entire menu needs to exceed over $5, with tax, and still Starbucks can make a fortune and more of a fortune if you get my drift. Profits may be bettered earned on...
Read moreThe Starbucks doesn't carry what a majority of other Starbucks do.
In particular, sugar cookies and peanut butter cookies often found at various Starbucks and various Barnes & Noble Starbucks aren't carried here.
Staff was very rude when I politely asked for this particular cookie saying and I quote " we don't have any peanut butter ANYTHING," and when I politely explain to them what I was talking about that it was specific type of cookie that Starbucks has and only Starbucks has they then soften their tone as I explained to them that most other Starbucks carry it so I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.
Afterwards I said thank you and went about my day. The tone really got to me I was having a really really hard day, just one autistic person who was having the worst day of his life figured I'd go in there and get the one thing that would have cheered me up.
Well it's not the staff for not carrying it, the attitude was a little bit awkward, the lack of knowledge to the menu items was a little bit awkward too.
But it's okay I'll just go to another...
