Normally this place is very good when the older African American manager/cashier is here. But unfortunately there were two young Hispanic ladies near the cash register that completely ignored me despite me waiting in line in front of them for for 7-8 mins. It was rainy outside and they didn't even have other customers in line. They essentially refused me service despite me requesting politely to put in an order for an iced matcha then laughed at my face and went back to talking to each other. I've frequented Starbucks almost all my life but never have I encountered such horrifying customer service before. Whoever is hiring the cashiers needs to do a better job of hiring younger cashiers who are not outright hostile to their customers. when it became clear that I wasn't going to be served, I was leaving and the other younger Hispanic worker sarcastically said have a good day sir. Very shocked and disappointed by the experience. As you can see, there was no other people in line. I highly recommend that you guys hire more people who don't refuse to take orders from customers. You guys are just losing money. Thank you....
Read moreThe place is convenient. I was in a group of 6 women who spent over 1hr and 45 mins there. Unfortunately when we asked to use the ladies room we were informed 3 separate times that it was closed.( Both men and ladies rooms) On the last of the 3 times when asked, the young lady at the counter said it was closed. When we asked why she responded " because it's locked". My colleague again asked why and she said it's dirty.
We were paying customers there between 6pm and 7:45pm drinking tea and coffee and were denied use of the restroom facility. A place that primarily sells beverages having both bathrooms locked, without even a sign indicating such is uncomprehendable. One of the ladies in our group has chronic kidney issues and was unable to use a bathroom. On our way out we had to tell someone who was lining up outside the bathroom that it was closed. Poor management, poor customer service, poor sanitation, poor maintenance....you just lost a group of customers because of the disregard...
Read moreYo, the vibe was great, and Eugene and the team were killing it with the customer service – super energetic and smooth behind the counter. I was in line with a coworker and this customer in front of us. She starts off being a total jerk when ordering her coffee and snack. Then, out of nowhere, she calls Eugene the n-word???? I knew right away she was gonna be trouble. Seriously, big props to Eugene and the crew for not letting her rudeness get to them. We ordered our drinks, and while we were waiting, the rude customer starts an argument because Eugene asked if she wanted her order to stay or to go???? I'm thinking, "Wow, great customer service!" Anyway, long story short, this rude, nasty customer was name-calling and making threats, saying she'd report the incident when she was the problem.
