Strange Flavor Burger Shack — Restaurant in New York

Most importantly, the burger is mind-blowingly good.

Second of all, the people who work here provided me with incredible customer service and went above and beyond to complete my order after some unusual circumstances. When I ordered on Seamless, my order was apparently stolen by somebody posing as a delivery person. They called me right away to apologize and let me know they would send me another order. They explained this has become a regular occurrence in recent times (sad!). The owner personally drove my meal to me to ensure it wasn’t stolen again and apologized profusely, which he honestly didn’t need to do! These guys are so great and clearly working hard in these tough times! Let’s keep supporting...

I keep seeing “burgers are undercooked.” Well, on my case that’s a good thing.

Why? Because I’m a vegetarian. I ordered the Vegetarian Grumpy Burger. I did not get that. I got meat.

When my partner called they said it wasn’t meat. I made them call back to let them know it was pink inside.

While he still wanted photo evidence, he decided to be nice and take our word for it.

Sad to say this will be my last grumpy burger.

The fries are oily and gross too. I looked past it because I loved the vegetarian grumpy burgers so much. But that’s over.

wowww this place was bombalicious . the burger was so yummy and all the veggies on it were fresh and crunchy , it was a smash burger and it was perfect size and texture. Like I hate it when a burger is so tall. I got the grumpy meal and shared it. Animal fries were SO good omg the carmelized onions ? Delish . The dusty dog was solid, corn dog w mad toppings, I liked it but the burger was way more exciting. Def coming back to try their chicken sandwich. It was cozy inside with booth seating, maybe a tiny bit loud but it’s a bar so can’t really complain. So glad...
