Taco's Puebla # 1 — Restaurant in New York

Previous reviewers mentioned a rude lady in the front taking the orders. I walked in saying hello! The lady at the counter said nothing back to me. I said Hola. She said nothing again. I said HIIII and she finally said Hi lol! They have a faded, outdated, faded digital menu. I had to ASK for a menu and she didn’t seem to be too pleased when I asked for one. Well, I don’t know if they have been referring to the same “rude lady”, but the lady I placed my order with was very aloof to the point that she was extremely rude. I paid nearly $50 for my order and I still got no guacamole included in my order. She said my orders needed to be $10.50 or more...and they don’t consider the TOTAL amount spent on everything 😩 She has this air about her like you’re bothering her when you have questions. This is my first time here and my last. Additionally, I have never seen someone eat at the same counter where people are placing orders. She and her family must own this joint geeeeez. Something about saying “$45.50 please” irked me too like I owe her some...

Wish I could give no stars. Not only did my food arrive late, by when I was called downstairs for it, it appeared that the delivery guy took a cab with multiple orders to drop off. Didn't speak any English, so the cab driver tried to assist with translating, but his English wasn't that good. Then the delivery guy proceeded to open EVERY takeout order he had to find mine!! Insane!! He even opened containers of food to see what was in them when the receipt was clearly tapped to all of the bags stating the order inside and whether or not it was already paid. My receipt said paid but yet he still persisted to ask me for money. I will NEVER order from here again and neither should anyone else. On top of that, the food wasn't...

This place used to be good. However the quality of food has gone down and the price has gone way up. I ordered a small horchata, sidral, four tacos and small fries for delivery. The total turned out to be $29. When I called they told me I had ordered a large horchata so I was charged accordingly. Why should I have to pay for their mistake. I clearly said I wanted a small. Secondly there seems to be a discrepancy in prices from their menu on grubhub and the actual restaurant. On grubhub it is $3 a taco but the lady said the price is actually $4 per taco.
