Must be different chefs in the kitchen or maybe they don’t care about delivery orders.

I got delivery of a suadero bowl. I love love love suadero and this was genuinely not only the worst suadero I’ve ever had but also one of the worst Mexican meals I’ve ever had.

The suadero was dry and so so bland. Didn’t even taste like beef like somehow flavor was taken out. Also the meat was quite pink inside which I’ve never experienced in suadero so idk if people do enjoy it that way. I personally do not want my meat pink inside unless it’s a communicated “this will be medium rare or rare” and even then I prefer it more well done.

The amount of meat was also not in line with the price I think. Lots of beans and rice and only a small layer of the meat.

Besides the meat the beans were bland. Rice was tasteless. Genuinely a horribly sad and disappointing meal that I really couldn’t even eat more than 2 bites of. Somebody in my house will cookitup again so it’s not wasted.

My Belly is Happy and full now. I was waiting for the day the gran opening sign went up along with the roll up gates. I missed that date but one week later here I am. I was very hungry so I ordered the fish and chicken tacos. I like the neatnwss of the spot. The grill was nice and clean as well as the walls and tables. I just hope they will maintain a great look throughout their stay here in Crown Heights. The staff was very friendly and made a few suggestions about what was in each taco. When I finally got home I started with the chicken and to my surprise they only used one taco I am use to 2 soft taco tortillas. The same for the fish only one. Had me scratching my head. So the fish was fried nicely just a little hard but the flavors together worked wonderfully on my taste buds. The chicken was not the way I am use to it , it was kinda sweet. So it took away from the expected flavor of down home tacos. But my greedy self ate them. Lol. I have to try a few other things here before I give this place a five-star. This place is probably the best Mexican food I’ve had in brooklyn. So so so good!

First they make their own tortillas in house. Amazing! Second they have a core menu of a few things they do all the time. Then they do rotating specials. ASK ABOUT THE SPECIALS!
