Tacos Lino's — Restaurant in New York

Wow this place is great. I was super hungry around 1am on a Friday at my friends spot and unfamiliar with the food options nearby. Saw suadero tacos on the menu and immediately wanted it

I love suadero tacos but they be kinda rare. So I took this opportunity to order mad shit, 6 tacos, suadero beef chalupas (huge) n rice and beans

Yo. First of all they delivered so fast I was afraid for the quality and taste. It felt good to be wrong cus mmmm 😋

Tacos filled to the brim with juicy fresh suadero, each enveloped in 2 fresh homemade tortillas. 2. Not 1 like some these places be doing now

No one else wanted any they said it’s too late in the night for so much meat. All I heard was suadero for breakfast and its juice still on the tip of my nose as I write this

Only qualms, a touchle bland. Like ever so slightly under seasoned and the sauces help but they also are a little under seasoned. There’s just a certain flavor profile/oomph missing that you usually get when food is made by poc/authentic ethnic ppls

Basically: FRESH, FAST, TASTY, Filling, good...

This is my favorite Taqueria. I know it’s a truck but they produce better food than all these “Mexican” restaurants around here. Go see my review on Yelp if you want to see pictures. If you’re looking for consistently tasty and AUTHENTIC tacos, this is the place! I was so happy to find them when I moved to this part of Brooklyn because I come from an area in Brooklyn that is heavily Hispanic and never had to worry about finding good spots. They have the game on lock here. My go to order is usually Carnitas, Tinga, Enchilada, BISTEC (ALWAYS BISTEC INSTEAD OF CARNE ASADA, JUST TRUST ME ON THAT. IDK WHAT THEY PUT IN IT BUT ITS AMAZING) and I usually rotate between Shrimp and Suadero.

Chorizo is a favorite of mine but I tried theirs once and and wasn’t a fan. HOWEVERRRRR, their enchilada has both the taste and texture I’m used to with chorizo so it was a win win for me.

This is without a doubt one of the best Mexican food trucks in NYC! Food is always cook perfectly. I am not Mexican but I’ve been in Mexico multiple times and I can assure that the flavor of the food produced in this truck matches the flavor from the Tacos I had in Mexico.

If you want to try a little bit of the richness of the Mexican food you will not be disappointed.

Their meats are cooked perfectly. I’ve ordered from other food trucks in the area before and most of the times I received an over-cooked small-size taco. That is not the case with Tacos Lino, they have delivered good food consistently.

They do deliveries until midnight and if you live in the area you can go to the food truck that is just steps away from the B-Q Kings Highway station.
