Teamworkon3 Juice — Restaurant in New York

Very very rude, I placed an order on Grubhub for 2 juices. The girl called and explained they had no large sizes at the moment which was fine- as a business I would send it in two cups but I had no problem with it. The second juice I wanted was fresh squeezed apple juice- on the website it stated I can choose up to four fruits/vegetables. She said they would not just juice one fruit. I do not understand why these businesses think paid orders are favors- if my service requires an up charge then say so. The cherry on top was me explaining she would have to cancel the order since I would be charged of I did so myself. The girl hung up then called me back, I explained the same thing and she hung up without saying anything. I have patronized this business and love to support black owned establishments, unfortunately this is my last time trying to support this one.

The food, juices, and staff are GREAT!! I'm truly big on customer service when I got to different business because customer satisfaction is truly important. It definitely provides business owners with a metric that they can use to manage and improve their business. In addition, the staff is always friendly, respectful, and pleasant.
