The main office was a hubbub of vibrant activity. The observable staff and participants all appeared to be alert and ready to achieve goals. Lloyd, front desk intake and factotum extrodinaire, assisted me in away I didn't even know was possible after I communicated with him for a few minutes. Lloyd expedited and facilitated my in and out time in a phenomenal fashion, while maintaining the first in first out order the organization requires: I was in and out in approximately 20 minutes tops. Overall, a smooth process for me ( although I don't envy Lloyd's workload(s).

Was there and everyone there was courteous and respectful. They were very informative and took time to help me. Look for Mr. Lebron, and the housing specialist, the pretty sister with the head wrap looking Queenly. Shout out to Ms. Sharon Nunez who made it all possible!

Great nonprofit. When I came home in 2022, engaging with the gift of chess and exodus helped me in a significant way. I look to return soon and help others. Thank you.

To be honest I thought this was one of those places that just say what they need to say to maybe get more funding and/or more people to keep it running but I have been around a year and a half and I am able to see a LOT of things that do not get light shined on it. Every employer goes above and beyond for every one that walks into that door. each individual is treated with the same amount of respect as an actual employee and the CEO himself. I believe that is the MAIN reason why so many people come back, No one is treated less than. I have watched some participants due to being told so many things from other places cursing the case managers out and the case managers STILL working with them and being patient and then getting them a job. I remember being told those closest to the problem are closest to the solution and Exodus hires people who not only have the book smarts but the street smarts which makes them more relatable to those who have been justice impacted or better yet... LIFE impacted. I have seen people off thee clock still helping others. this is rare, other places will have you come back another day. I am...

They may do good for some people. But they are terrible for the Harlem community. When you walk by the firefighters house they park their Exodus logo cars on the side walk and regular cars. It’s a sidewalk! Not a parking space. Many times I’ve seen people in wheelchair having to cross the streets because they have their exodus logo cars parked in the middle of the sidewalk taking all the space, what kind of community helpers are these poor shmucks parking a Jeep Cherokee on the PUBLIC sidewalk. You might also see them washing their cars on the sidewalk. It’s disgusting, the police are not even a block away and don’t even tell them to stop. Clearly they have a connection with someone at the local precinct. Please call 311 and report these goons taking up the sidewalk on 124th and 3rd ave, next to the self...

I am one of the clients to participate in program at Exodus and have never gave a problem or issues to anyone as staff and other clients and today was my worst experience at Exodus staying in one there participant hotel at Brooklyn Tillary hotel in downtown Brooklyn area and have gotten property of mines stolen and without hesitation I'll file a police 🚨 report to do a follow-up to investigate thieves that they have either staying there or working there at this site I'm staying at starting not to appreciate the uncomfortability of being there. And with all my paperwork all together IDs social security State ID all my documentations are all the part and I'm still have not got any housing situated...
