Tex's Chicken & Burgers — Restaurant in New York

So today me and my friend went to the texas 2168 Westchester avenue, we ordered our regular meal cuz its our go to place for hangout but the guy in cash, i remember last time when we went there we asked for mayonnaise he refused and said mayonnaise isn’t compulsory and he isnt supposed to provide that for us, also today he said the same thing, whenever we go there they provide us mayonnaise everytime when the manager is there or some other guy but this guy; not only he said no, he started shouting at us for asking the mayonnaise and when my friend also got angry and started shouting that guy said never to come back at texas, he doesnt need customers like us. Also he wouldve killed us if it was bangladesh, it’s America thats why he spared us bla bla bla. I also work, more than 200 customers i handle each and everyday, we never behave with our customers like that, and to tell the customers never come back at my store!! My Goodness I would never even dare to shout. We will never visit there again thats an irony cuz its our only halal place to eat, but I would request the authority to teach them some manners so they know how to talk with...

Never have a bad experience at this place as I’ve been going here for years. Today marks the first and hopefully last bad experience. Cashier was busy doing uber orders, line was getting long, he had to call the cook to come take orders for a little then orders were taken. At this point as I’m waiting it’s been like 10 minutes. My order is called out, I was going to go grab it, and these 2 guys heard wrong and go to get the order, they open it and left. I then notify the cashier and he was very rude about it, giving me attitude, saying “I called out your order and you didn’t come” what did you want me to do? Snatch it back? Today is June 18 2025. Around 9.20 pm I ordered 2 order 4 for 5. The guy who was in the front he didn’t gave me biscuit in the box. Even he didn’t tell me nothing.
