The Clubhouse Cafe — Restaurant in New York

I really want to love this cafe because their matcha is honestly very good — one of the best I’ve had locally. As a local, I always try to support small businesses, but I have to say the customer service needs some improvement. The last time I visited, I asked the barista if I could add the sweetener myself since I've had issues before with it being too sweet. Unfortunately, she refused and had a really bad attitude about it, which left a negative impression. Came across this cafe via google/eatery best cafes in nyc… I decided to check it out because they serve pastries from “Mottley Kitchen” … cool little spot near Yankee Stadium. I had an iced mocha latte and bread pudding…
