After many months-long absence, I returned to work with Christine and immediately noticed improvements in posture, stamina, strength, and flexibility. My tennis buddies are amazed at my new found vertical jump ability to bend to dig out the low balls. Stretching has also increased my lateral range. It has also been beneficial in the performance of daily chores and moving around the city. I feel an overall kinesthetic confidence that I never experienced before. I feel lighter and free and am enjoying being in my body. Each session concludes with a Red Light Therapy treatment where my whole body relaxes after a challenging workout. Since I’ve returned working with Christine, I no longer need my heating pad for my back. I owe my newly found zest for living to Brooklyn Pilates.

After doing PT to someone help my back, I decided I needed to get back in shape and try pilates as it is supposed to be an amazing workout especially for the back. Christine is the sweetest person. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She makea sure my form is always correct, and always asks how my body is responsing to the workout so I do not injur myself.
