The Terrace — Restaurant in New York

Me and my friend were excited to try this venture as from the website and location it appeared to be a vibe. Upon getting there the ambience I must admit was spectacular. Customer service however, from the beginning with Brian was unprofessional. My friend requested a table he states patio area is open and has our server provide us a table in the back. He then comes to check on table and is overly friendly with my guest and at this point still has yet to greet me nor acknowledge my presence. Server comes to place drink order and after ten min of awaiting cocktails she gets the order wrong. Brian comes back after issue was resolved with accurate drinks and serves another drink to my guest as now I’ve been waiting over 10 min for my second beverage ordered with sever. He ask is everything ok…still just talking to my friend. Highly rude. I politely say “if I had my requested drink and your attention to rectify the matter we would be fine”. He then creates excuses for why the server isn’t acknowledging the table and said she doesn’t usually work this day reason she’s behind only for her to say I’m just busy I always work Fridays. Lied for no reason just as when he said he acknowledged me. After several red flags we opted out of ordering dinner after server needed a table we are already using since one is way to small for dining…so we just order one more round that took an eternity. Server drops check before drinks are served with card still at bar and drinks no where in sight. Too many red flags to name. Beautiful venue but highly recommend teaching staff how to conduct themselves and re learning steps of service. Highly...

I went to The Terrace back in April for my friend’s birthday, and it was such a memorable night that I had to come back and write this review (especially since I just booked another reservation for tonight and I’m already excited!).

We had a Saturday night reservation, arrived around 9 PM, and didn’t leave until closing because we were having that much fun. Everything about the experience was top-notch: • Great food – flavorful, well-prepared, and perfect for sharing. • Great drinks – balanced and creative cocktails that kept the energy flowing. • Great music – the DJ kept the vibe alive all night. • Great crowd – fun, lively, and a really good mix of people. • Amazing service & staff – warm, attentive, and genuinely know how to take care of their guests.

Having worked in hospitality myself, I can confidently say the team here truly knows what they’re doing. It wasn’t just service—it was a personable experience that made us feel welcome from start to finish.

If you’re looking for a spot that delivers on food, drinks, music, and atmosphere all in one, The Terrace is it. Can’t wait to be back tonight...

This review is for a visit on April 04, 2025. A group of about 10 of us gathered for happy hour to celebrate two birthdays. The decor and ambiance were a vibe. Whoever curated the playlist did not miss once. On a couple of occasions, you can catch yourself stopping to just sing along! The music was at the perfect volume to listen to while also having conversations without having to shout. All the staff, from the hosts and servers to the bartenders, were incredibly friendly and engaging. I had the empanadas (so satisfying!) and several chinola martinis. From start to finish, no complaints! I highly recommend this spot for a fun and delicious happy hour with friends!

I might have missed someone because I think there was a shift change, but you have an awesome team at...
