Amazing service and insane atmosphere when we were there. The place was buzzing, and there were a lot of people in there for a Thursday. Luckily i called in advance and made reservations, but seats were taken up within 10 minutes of our arrival. The staff were pretty solid, made sure we were taken care of. The wings I ordered were a bit dry and unseasoned, so I’m not a fan of them. I do recommend going however because you’ll have a solid time.

I've been to this venue several times on a Friday afternoon to unwhine. The food is o-kay. There wasn't anything that I loved or stood out. I did, however, like the one particular drink that I tend to get whenever I'm in the area and need to chill a bit. Gratuity of upwards to 20% is automatically applied to your bill, and there is a line to add additional tip.

Just leaving here.

Pros Nice atmosphere Clean

Cons Very slow service (A table beside us walked out because they said it was taking too long) -We ordered chicken and waffles and then a order of Buffalo wings and fries. The waffles came out cold so we sent them back. Instead of giving us fresh waffles that threw those same waffles in the microwave and sent them back to us all spongey. The Buffalo wings also came out fast and cold. No way they were made to order. The waitress forgot our fries so we told her to keep them. I asked for syrup and butter for the waffles. Never received butter and it took a minute to get my syrup. My boyfriend ordered a drink from the bar and he didn’t receive it until after we received the food. -Waitress picked up our forks at the part we put in our mouth with her bare hands and brought them over to us and she was going in and out the door and cleaning tables.

They were not busy so I don’t know where the slow service come from. It’s a small space, so you should smell some of the food cooking but you don’t. I would love to know how they prepare the food back there. Is it pre-cooked the night before and then warmed up through out the day? Just not a good experience over all, so we will not be returning.

Management you have a nice location. You should really work on and care about your customers not...

Walked in there was a sign that said wait to be seated. The franchise had a decent amount of open seats available. A bartender made eye contact with my friend and I as we stood waiting for over 5mins before another customer told us we could sit anywhere. The music playlist was phenomenal, however, more than 10mins went by before we realized we have not been serviced. Eventually my friend got up and asked the bartender if we had to come to him for service. It was close to 12am & was told the kitchen closed at 10. He brought us our drink and didn’t see him until it was time to pay the bill. I tipped him because my mama taught me good manners, however, i was disgusted that after tipping him was when he decided to create small talk with us. Finally, i was more upset at that fact that this was a black owned franchise, while attempting to practice inclusivity the Caucasian server did not try to make this a...

We were the only table in the restaurant and the server took forever with the water, the drinks, the food and never checked on us.

I came with my grands who aren’t tech savvy and the only option was a QR code. They couldn’t see their phones clearly and the restaurant had zero hard copies or other options, the only option was the server saying “oh they can use my phone!”.

The kitchen also didn’t check in with the server to tell her what items they were out of so 15mins later I found out they didn’t have either of my orders.

It’s also a wine bar so I ordered a rose. It’s the middle of the summer and they also had Zero rose. The server said “yea well this is an inventory day so we’re low in stock.” Everything was an excuse.

Horrible service and sad to see black folks not know what basic service is.

Their sliders are also the size of a quarter. Only to charge $20 for 4 quarter...
