Terrible experience – I was scammed and received no help

I had an awful experience with this place. I placed an order and received something completely different from what I requested. When I called to let them know, they were extremely unhelpful and refused to correct their mistake or offer any kind of solution. It felt like I was scammed — they took my money and gave me food I didn’t order, and then just ignored me.

This is unacceptable customer service. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I strongly suggest others think twice before trusting this business. There are plenty of other Chinese restaurants that actually care about...

It appears this location is under new management. It is conveniently located close to the subway. Hence, when exiting the subway, one can pick up food on the way home. They are friendlier than the previous owners and treat all the customers equally. The food is good and reasonably price.
