We had a reservation for 12 people. They knew well before we went, yet it took them 2 hours to bring out one appetizer. We ordered at 3:40pm and never received out food until 5:30pm when we told them to just pack it. If we ever asked how long it would take they gave us very nastyyyyyy attitude. Literally noone came upto us and apologized for the delay. There were the a few people at the bar but there was no one ordering food so idk why it would take them that long. But they were being very nasty about it, not just rude- very nasstyy. They took forevveerr to bring drinks out, got very annoyed when we were ordering drinks, kept messing up the drinks. Never gave a discount for the fact that we were there from 1:45-5:30pm and didnt get to eat. Absolutely horrible service. A server even ruined a video we were making by coming into it and then went and hi5’d another server like they planned it. I have a proof video. The manager never apologized for the delay or ruining our experience or for poor service. She gave an attitude as well. The food was horrible. Cold, filthy. Like the steaks were sooooo chewyyy and the yolks of the eggs were broken and made a mess. Literally ruined our day. Never ever ever faced such...
Read moreWe hosted our wedding reception brunch at Arcadia Bar and Kitchen this July with about 80 of our loved ones, and it was truly everything we hoped for and more. From the very start, Jorge and Eleni were an absolute dream to work wit - responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect.
The day-of staff, including Shawn and the whole team, went above and beyond. They kept the drinks flowing, checked in on guests constantly, and made sure the vibe stayed joyful and seamless. The brunch buffet was incredible - fluffy French toast, fresh fruit, eggs, crispy bacon....everything was hot, plentiful, and delicious.
We lucked out with beautiful weather and were able to take full advantage of their backyard space, which added such a fun and relaxed feel to the celebration.
We’re still getting compliments from guests about how fun and effortless everything felt. If you're considering hosting a private event here...do it! Arcadia has our...
Read moreWorst service I've had in NYC. Wife and I came here around 1pm Sunday for brunch. Not particularly busy, place was half empty. Apparently no one was assigned to our table for the first 20 minutes we were sitting. Get asked by the guy who sat us if we've had an order taken, we say no, he says he'll get the other waiter to come. That waiter looked upset that he was given our table. They had a little argument right in front of our table. He turns around, leans down to take our order, no name, no welcome, no greeting, just "what do you want?" Eventually food comes, but we haven't been given silverware. I ordered short rib benny, eggs were undercooked. At this point swearing we'll never come back. By the time we're ready to leave, two women have been sitting in front of us for 20 minutes with only water on their table. By the time we actually leave, they have food, because it has taken another 20 minutes to...
