Tulips and Sips is one of those special places that instantly makes an impression. Beautiful atmosphere, welcoming and kind service, and delicious drinks.
My partner and I were visiting Brooklyn and popped into the shop for a refreshing drink and a comfortable spot to hang out for the morning. We ordered the Matcha Colada drink, and it was amazing! Perfectly sweet and balanced with strong matcha, pineapple, and coconut flavors.
The vibe inside was so pretty and relaxing, with flowers decorating each corner, table, and wall.
The owner happened to be serving behind the counter when we visited, and she was welcoming and made us feel at home. We had some wonderful conversation with her about the shop and Brooklyn. She also runs the in-house flower shop and is a professional florist, which was super cool!
Overall, a very standout experience in a city where amazing cafes are everywhere. Can definitely recommend anyone to pop in and give it a visit if youâre in the...

The decor alone is worthy of 5 stars! Dusky green walls welcome you to step into a beautiful, cozy study complete with wooden shelves and gorgeous crown moulding. An inviting fireplace beckons you to relax on the soft leather couch or to kick back in one of the plush armchairs.
Greenery suffuses the shop, adding vibrancy to the lovely feel of Dark Academia.
The flowers for sale are exquisite and the arrangements are wonderful. I've gotten single stems, bouquets, and a coffee bouquet (a romantic gift from my spouse!) and they've been delightful every time! The owner is amazingly talented.
Finally, the coffee is excellent and well priced. There is a lovely variety of flavors for lattes - including botanically-inspired rose and lavender - and non-coffee options like chai, matcha, and hojicha.
The last bonus? They're dog friendly!
This gem is such a welcome addition and I wish Tulips and Sips all the best in the...
Read moreMy experience at Tulips & Sips was incredible. The space is warm and inviting, like a mix between a coffee shop and a flower shop. I joined a bouquet-making class hosted by Marcela, and it was wonderful from start to finish. She explained the key elements of arranging flowers with care and was so personable throughout. The small, intimate group made it easy to connect with others and enjoy the evening.
You can tell Marcela is talented, even while the shop was closed for class, regulars still stopped by hoping to buy her gorgeous bouquets. Iâd highly recommend not only the class but the shop itself. Why not spend some time surrounded by flowers, sipping on a...
