Wendy's — Restaurant in New York

Usually I would give them at least two or three stars just because the food is good but the customer service is always horrible they treat you like you're nothing and there they had a are all miserable the line is always out the door because they work so slow then to make it even better I go there tonight I even called before I went to find out what time they closed they told me 2 a.m. I get there at 1:30 a.m. because I work late and I wanted to make sure I have food before I went home I work at the ER trying to save people's lives and they denied me food doors already locked but there were still patrons inside eating watching tv's ordering food at the counter having a good time looks more like a party then business. A customer went to leave so when the employee came to open the door for the customer I asked politely why are they closed so early trying to explain how I called and spoke to the manager supposedly and he shut and locked the door in my face. Now I'm fuming bc when a women is hungry you dont wanna mess with her! So I patiently watched people inside ordering more food waiting for someone to leave again to try to get my question answered and finally here they come. so I asked the same employee once again why are they closed early when I called to confirm and he told me all the manager wants to go and I said well all I want is a junior bacon cheeseburger and a drink and he actually seemed nice for a second and it turned around and ask her can she come in she only wants a junior bacon cheeseburger and a drink and she said no we're close with the nastiest attitude I have ever encountered in my life the woman is miserable which is probably why all of her employees are miserable either way she's a liar she's miserable the store sucks the line is always long and they wouldn't serve me food half an hour before they were supposed to close. And meanwhile there's not too much open over here at this time at night surprisingly in Jamaica New York Queens in Manhattan I'd be able to find food but I am not traveling to Manhattan even though it's only about 15 minutes on the train I'm not doing that at this time of night when I just want to go home and go to sleep so all in all one star for this Wendy's they suck the food's okay so only go there if you're willing to put up with nasty attitudes long lines dirty tables and Floors and...

I was not surprised that i am not the only one in the reviews complaining about the bad customer service. The flat soda and missed items from orders.

Manager and Owner can i have your attention! You are not caring about your customers! Your staff is by far one of the rudest employees i have ever ever ever had the unfortunate pleasure in dealing with! I do not i repeat i do not recommend this Wendys to anyone! I have ordered at this restaurant on several occasions and have given them several opportunities to improve by thinking maybe they were having a bad day but my food is either cold, too greasy or missing items from my order.

If i ask for replacement, they have the audacity to tell me that their line is being held up due to their mistake and start to argue with me.

When i ask to speak with the manager... the manager Elise continues where the other employee leaves off by stomping her hand on the counter and continues to argue and not apologize for their mistake.

while the other manager watches over not to apologize for their mistake but instead stays quiet while the other manager blames me because they couldnt hear my order correctly! Why not ask the customer to repeat the order?!or have the employee repeat my order to make sure the order was entered correctly! You have to have respect for a customers time and money!

Do not go to this Wendys. They are not satisfying the customer at all!

And you think that was the worst part and......yes....... the soda was flat too! Elsie tells me that i am lieing that the soda was flat.

A song for you from me! Tell me why why do you have to make food the bad way tell me why i had go the other way because i didnt like the chicken meal your way! I dont like your customer service anyway....so im going to another wendys thru the freeway! Because i like it that way!

I dont want anyone to lose their job but to improve.
