I went for lunch with my coworker and she ordered a tuna wrap with a bottle coke and I ordered a philly steak wrap...the guy that took my order asked if I wanted it with a salad or French fries.. I selected french fries.. for $8.25..so he proceeded to tell the cook my order. He then began to prepare a quesadilla for another customer and I said “wow that looks good next time I will try that”. He then told me “if you want I can make the philly steak into a quesadilla for the same price. I said sure! When I go to pay the cashier he is charging me $8.50 plus $2.75 plus $1.75 (for my seltzer water) and my coworkers order $1.75 plus $8.50. (I said wait a minute this is too much $25) I asked for the breakdown of the charges and he told me the fries are $2.75, quesadilla is $8.50.. I said no the fries are part of the meal. He said it is not included with the quesadilla... so I told him my original order was a wrap but the guy offered to change it to a quesadilla for the same price. The cashier went up to the guy, in front of other customers, and asked him why he did that ... he said they are included ...cashier said no fries are not included in the order. At this point, i was holding up the line and i couldn’t believe they were really going back and forth over fries. I then told him to forget it. I am not paying for fries, I don’t want the fries then. And I also told him my coworkers order is $6.50 which was clearly written in black permanent marker on the lid not $8.50. So he voided the transaction and at this point I had already lost my appetite. I ate my lunch because I paid a lot of money for it and I had a long afternoon ahead at work. My point to this experience today at this cafe is that there is not great customer service. If i were the manager I would take the customer into consideration...I would have included the ff and advised the customer (me) for next time that it is not included. Or the guy that took my order not say he would do that from the beginning. Also, please check the charges of your meals and drinks because they seem to tend to overcharge or change the prices around. Since people are in a rush to pay, get their food and eat and head back to work.. customers just hand their card or swipe it without looking at the breakdown. What an experience... I just couldn’t stop thinking about it and I just had to share and vent because it was really dumb. I will not return..unfortunately...very sad because the food was GOOD but the experience was inconvenient and customer...

We were on our way here fully intending to buy a meal but as we're crossing the street my friend tripped and fell and in tar. We used the bathroom 1st and it took us a while to order food because we were trying to figure out how to get the tar out of her clothes handbag and skin.
