Wimpys — Restaurant in New York

I just called wimpys and asked for a deluxe chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon. I was ordering (2) the total was $34, I asked him if he could reread my order because I thought perhaps there was a mistake. He starting yelling at me stating I should know what I ordered. Bacon is $7 extra for each. So I asked him to remove the bacon. He stated yelling at me "your supposed to know, over and over. I explained I never had an issue before. I didn't realize it was $14 extra. I found myself apologizing to him. He told me he didn't need my business. He stated he was the manager. I decided just to cancel the order at that point. Very BAD Customer service...i go in for a chicken parmesan sandwich on a Roll...the counter WORKER tells me I must have it on a hero..i say I want it on a Roll...then I read the menu and it states one will b charged an extra 1.50 for a hero which I clearly did not WANT...Now two other workers come forward and begin to TELL Me that's what it is take it or leave it....I walked out waiting to tell my fellow coworkers about my experience...Iam a MTA employee and we have spent some good money over the year with them...i took my money to PATSY' and enjoy the service...PLEASE ADDRESS YOUR EMPLOYEES...and Check the cameras...time of occurrence approximately 15:15 pm...Sad cause I like...

Very rude womanized by two male new workers the other workers who worked there were professional. The new workers not the cook.the cashier and his partner very nasty. They cashier was told to.stop his unbecoming remarks he continued on being abusive. This complaint is important.because i.never experience this in your store. You.need people to value there job and not disrespect a women or anyone who come in your store to spend money. The cashier short heavy set both were caps.
