Man, I pull up on this spot as an Uber driver, right? Iâd seen Cloudy Donuts before â that cinnamon crunch ad hit my Instagram. I donât even eat donuts like that, but I said, nah, that one look worth trying.
Today I had a pickup from them, and soon as I got there, I could feel it â lights outside, the whole setup got swag. They really trying to make everything work. Maybe the lights donât pull every customer, maybe the swag donât matter to some â but they giving everything a shot. I love that.
First time I picked up from them, the customer told me, âYeah, I ordered from them before â they good.â Today I had another one â she ordered from their website by mistake, couldnât pick it up, so she went right back and ordered again through Uber. That tells you the spot got peopleâs attention.
I still havenât even tried the donuts myself â I donât do sweets â but man, if you do, go get that cinnamon crunch joint.
They doing it right. They giving effort. They giving energy.
This the kind of place you...

Instead of creating an enjoyable atmosphere, it feels like theyâre trying to host a nightclub in the middle of the day with no regard for people trying to rest. The service? Even worse. The staff were rude, careless, and downright lazy. Every request felt like an inconvenience to them, and when they finally did acknowledge us, it was with an attitude. Absolutely no professionalism, no friendliness, nothing. This place is a joke. Between the obnoxious music and the terrible service, itâs clear they donât care about anyoneâs experience. Donât waste your time or money here, youâll leave frustrated and wondering how a place this bad is even still...

The layout of the store was different, which I didnât mind. But like other reviews mentioned, the donuts have more of a funnel cake or pancake mix vibe â definitely not the classic donut taste or texture.
Also, the presentation needs work. From the way the donuts are made to how the staff presents themselves, thereâs room for improvement. Youâve got a homophobic guy in a hoodie and jacket making donuts in full view of customers â not exactly the look for a food establishment.
