As a first time cruiser, finding the perfect cruise that offers that difficult-to-find balance of value and quality isn't easy. It didn't help that I was looking to book a short-term cruise just a couple months out. However, I was fortunate enough to connect with Marcus with Seahub a few weeks back, and let me tell you, my mind is much more at ease than it was when I started the booking process. From his insider experience of working with various cruise lines, to going beyond the line of duty to provide me the best rate possible for my upcoming trip on the Norwegian Bliss, I can't say better things about my experience working with Marcus. And here's the kicker: I was still able to find an option with a different OTA that offered slightly more perks than Seahub. Yet, I still find myself so impressed with my experience with Marcus that I know exactly who I'm going to book with in the future. In fact, even though I didn't end up booking my cruise with Seahub, I have decided to book at least one of my shore excursions through their preferred partner, ShoreTrips, mainly because of my experience with Marcus. So thank you Seahub team for your fantastic customer service, and I look forward to booking with you all...

All 3 agents-Lara,Trevor and Sam were very nice, very helpful and informative and a pleasure to work with. I had an incident when I called a number concerning my cruise booking. Th person I spoke to said my booking was on hold because I did not include $800 port charges and I had to pay it when I boarded the ship. Then he said we have a special today and you only had to pay $500 if you charge it today. I was not happy and told him port charges were included, while he kept telling me they were not, because of the discount Cruise Hub gave me with the package. I told him I will speak to the agent at Cruise Hub about this and hung up. Sam told me this is not the first time this has happened and reported this and the phone number I used to his Manager which was then noted...

Wow wow and again wow ! My birthday trip to the Bahamas is reserved and accomplished ! If I can only truly express the excitement I feel through text then ya will comprehend how overwhelmed with joy and happiness I feel at this moment ! Thanks so much to the phenomenal associate Adam Blake that helped guide me through this process and had the most patience with me that I have experienced in a very long time…. I truly am beyond grateful and I would love to thank him with all my heart for having an amazing heart himself and for the phenomenal support he provided me with u are truly amazing Adam !
