Mega Pizza — Restaurant in Newark

I want to start off by saying if I could give this place 0 stars I would have. I went here today after remembering the food to be not good, only because I was starving and was in the park spending time with family celebrating the holiday.. it was AWFUL. The pizza is the worst I've ever had in Jersey. It barely has any tomato sauce on it, the cheese tastes weird, and it has no flavor to it at all. I'm 41 years old I've ate alot of nyc and North Jersey Pizza. Also the soda can I got was filthy, had to wash it and then use a straw to drink it, and it wasn't cheap, $2.50 per slice, the slices were good size but after forcing myself to eat the first I almost gagged eating the 2nd because it was like eating a greasy piece of cardboard with flavorless cheese on top. When it was brazilian I did try the pizza but I can say for one thing: as a business you can't leave a fried food for yo long on a display or fry your food in a oil that has been use for too long, no matter what it will show in the taste of the food. Maybe next time I will asked before I get something fry from them.

Now, last time on the beginning of July I wrote the review for this restaurant about their salgadinhos. Last week Thursday 7/14, I had their pizza and it was awesome, really good. Not salty not grease, just right on the point. That I would buy from them.

GREAT, AMAZING PIZZA but if only they could get the order right for a change!!!! Happened to us on THREE different occasions where we place our order (Large Mega Pizza) their supposedly specialty pizza. We requested NO OLIVES and of course they misunderstood because English is not their first language, and added olives... lots of them!!!
