Let’s do another update again I guess 1/7/2022: stopped in to grab my family dinner typical busy night drive through 6 cars back took over 20 minutes to get through the line (not a huge deal) I order my wife’s food, then I go to order mine and I’m told they’re now out of that cause apparently what I got my wife (string bean chicken) was the last of it. Wasn’t offered to wait for new so apparently just out for the night even though it’s only 6:30pm. Shame on me again I guess for not checking get home and low and behold missing part of my order. Would waste more in fuel to drive back than what it’s worth. All I can say is DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PARKING LOT! 5 times now orders are messed up. One time I even had a card from corporate for them messing up my order used it checked my order it was wrong went inside and while they were fixing it and was watching them had to stop them from messing it up again.
Horrible experience worse than McMinnville location. No teriyaki chicken for the rest of the night, no string bean chicken for the rest of the night who knows what else when they’re open for another 3.5 hours. Drive through and inside packed. Paid for two orders of spring rolls that we never got and dry food. Just all around bad.(this review 8 months prior)
Update - 6-25-2020 cause I’m irritated again with this place. Forgot two of my entrees this time and something is all over in the bag but not coming from the dishes we ordered. Read moreOut of all the Panda's I have visited I will never return to the Newberg location. My experience, yesterday we were visiting my sister at the hospital and decide to pick up some food. We order our meals at the drive-thru, We ordered and they advise that chow-mein was 6 minutes out. I said no problem we will wait. We paid and waited in the parking lot. After a couple of minutes we decided, why not eat inside to relax and not be rushed. So, we went inside, Panda was a little busy. I told the lady that we ordered in the drive-thru but we decided to dine in if that was okay. She said no problem. We understood we were waiting on chow mein, which was still okay, i waited for food before no problem. But they had a whole thing filled with chow mein. We waited about another 10 minutes before our food was packaged, during this time they went through about 4 orders in the dinning room. My two teens got there meals and when it came to mine (bowl with white rice and greens) they said we have no more white rice, can i get you anything else. I said no thank you. just cancel that part of the order and refund me for meal. She didn't say anything and walked away. I waited like a stupid person for a refund or a gift card for the 6 whole dollars, but I got nothing. I didn't care about the wait or they ran out of white rice, but they ignored me and didn't get a refund. I know 6 dollars who cares but I do. We go to Panda weekly for after sports, work lunches, and we visit different location and never have ever this happen. I left with no refund or explanation. We won't be going to this or any other...
Read moreMy last 4 visits to this location have been very very sub-par to say the very least. But, last nights visit really takes the cake and makes me never want to visit this location again. I ordered a 2 plate entree, and it took them a total of 20 minutes from order to finish. I was not very pleased to say the very least. They offered me a free drink, but what they shouldve done is offered me a refund!!! Now, this place is a health hazard waiting. On all of my visits, I have observed the person at the register that handles disgusting germ ridden money handling people containers. Last night he went from the register to the food are, picked up a cutting board and knife and then scraped whatever off in the garbage just to put them both back on the line. Now, if those people have clean hands, they dont now as germs spread that easily. Also mr register last night was doing all sorts of tasks from sweeping with a broom, carrying a bucket, and other tasks and continuing to hand utensils bringing food from the cook area to the line. I have observed this on all 4 visits and not ONE hand sanitizer station or sink in sight where hands need to be washed.
