The Human Bean — Restaurant in Newberg

Newberg location - Just left feeling quite upset. When ordering, the girl jumped the gun and spoke over me multiple times, repeated my simple order incorrectly 3 times, and double ordered something. When we arrived at the window, 1 drink (a tea) had something (a small black thing) in it, our mocha was made wrong, and the smoothie had very little caramel in it. When we asked for the tea to have the black thing removed, the woman got snippy and said it was just a leaf. She then asked 3 times if we wanted it remade and each time we said yes but she didn't hear us. She remade it then forgot the sugar. We then asked for a little more caramel (politely and apologized for being such a pain) the girl in the back made a rude comment about us and was saying they don't have time to remake it (We just asked for a little more caramel!). When we asked for a card to contact the manager, they got defensive and said they didn't have one. Maybe the line wouldn't get so backed up (we were the only ones there at first then there was a 5 car line) if these girls learned how to listen and not be rude. We were all polite to them so I don't understand the disrespect. And they can't use the excuse of the headsets cause I wear a much larger/thicker one for work and hear even a whisper just fine. Will definitly be sticking with our willsonville girls and location. We should have just gone...

Excellent Staff. Staff are true professionals. The Human Bean Drive Through Cafe is sparkling clean: ❤ I had to long-neck to get a look inside from my vehicle window. 🤔 No beverage spills or gunk at pick-up windows as seen in various other popular name drive-through cafes. I drove across the USA & Canada in my 2012, manual stick shift, glass-roof black Mustang in 2023, and frequently utilized drive-through cafes. All said, now back to home base... the Newberg, OR Human Bean outlet has outstanding staff who are experts at whipping-up the best beverages (hot & cold) and serves a super line of healthy (my opinion) snacks...all served with great humor...

Service is always friendly, and I love that this is the only place I can get a flavored Rockstar. Unfortunately, The only thing consistent with their coffee is the inconsistency. Which is not what you want when ordering your daily coffee.... They're fast and friendly (seriously, the baristas are always smiling and so sweet!) which is why I’ve continued to go there, but it’s disappointing that I can order the exact same drink from one day to the next and get something that tastes completely different than the day before. As a former barista, I know one thing for sure:...
