So normally I really enjoy Arby's bow & then, but today....BAD! My wife & I went to the drive through, She ordered the Fish sandwich & I ordered A Chicken Bacon Swiss meal with CRINKLE frys & root beer. Wh pulled up to the window, paid & as the man handed me back my card, he told me to pull around to the other side of the building and park next to the handicap parking.."OK, can you please put some Ketchup & a few napkins in the bag" .. we pulled around and I muttered "fast food my Azz! After waiting for 16 minutes our food was brought out to us. We pulled around to the back to eat. My wife's sandwich was as ordered. My Chicken bacon Swiss was Chicken w lettuce tomato ad mayo.. frys were curly, not the crinkle frys I ordered and my root beer was Dr.Pepper AND the curly frys..COLD. AND no Ketchup. AND no napkins. AND no straw for the Dr. Pepper I didn't ask for. This is pretty much the way all the drive through windows are now, no matter the particular brand. The service at windows is always the worst.. they know there is a good chance that you won't catch mistakes until your down the road or back home. Perhaps COVID is once again responsible for businesses having a hard time finding help..good or bad. Uhhhh..I guess the only thing this little review will do, is to possibly encourage someone to skip the window, walk inside and make sure you get what you ordered and paid...
Read moreThis location was incredibly slow. The line was out the door the first time I pulled through, so I came back half an hour later. With only 3 people in front of me waiting to order, it still took 20+ minutes to get my food. There were at least 8 people also waiting for their orders and noticeably upset. There was only one guy up front for both register and food distribution and he was very slow. When a manager came up front finally after at least 15 minutes, she just started distributing the food (there was nobody in line by this point) and not even making eye contact with the customers or saying anything more than the order name. One person tried to say something and she quickly turned her back to them. It took flagging her down to tell her I hadn't gotten my cup with my order after she did the same with me. The lobby was also a complete mess with no tables wiped down and the condiments station full of sauce droppings, wrappers and dropped fries and other bits of fallen food. When I finally sat down to eat, my brisket sandwich was very sloppily and poorly made and the meat was tough to chew. I have never had this experience at any other Arby's before. The rest have all been very fast, very polite, and the sandwiches made to satisfaction. I will never return to this restaurant and overheard other customers...
Read moreThese people just can't get it together. I can't count how many times I've been to this location. They usually mess up my order in some way, like forgetting a sandwich or the mayonnaise I asked for. But I generally get over it. This time, the way they screwed up was so ridiculous. Everyone who worked here was a hot mess. I told them they forgot my chicken sandwiches. The manager, she said I didn't order any chicken sandwiches and waved a dismissive hand at me. Then I showed her my receipt, and I got the chicken sandwiches I paid for. Then I realized there was no cheese on my roast beef sandwich. They said they would make them over. The second set of sandwiches still had no cheese. I bought them back in and the manager, who was now a witchy-acting (excuse my French) guy, threw a hissy fit. He said he made the sandwiches and they did have cheese on them. I showed all the other employees the sandwiches, and no one could find the cheese. Then I had to tell the drive-thru girl not to give me back the same sandwiches because she put her fingers all over it. The manager slammed the sandwiches into the trash, made new ones (with cheese now) and put them in the microwave with the tomato and lettuce on them. Like I said, HOT MESS,...
