The quality and taste of the food at Shahs remain unparalleled. It's reassuring to know that the consistency I've come to expect from Shahs is maintained across their locations. The pricing is reasonable, aligning with what you might expect for the area and the cuisine offered.

However, as a student mindful of value, I had hoped for a more generous portion of protein in my meal, especially when comparing it to what I might get for a similar price at other fast-casual dining spots like Chipotle. The portion size left a bit to be desired, particularly in terms of meat, which didn't quite meet my expectations given the price point.

On a brighter note, the customer service was exceptional. Rasheed, one of the employees, made my visit memorable with his warm welcome—a fist bump, no less! His ability to engage in delightful conversation and ensure guests leave with a smile truly sets Shahs apart. He's certainly one of the reasons I'll be returning.

Additionally, the ambiance at Shahs adds to the dining experience. The selection of music was excellent, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Please stay around for a very long time l. Food tastes fresh, clean, and "guilt-free". First time visiting and the staff was very helpful, very friendly. Lamb and chicken combo was delicious. The sauces were very flavorful: white sauce is tzatziki, green is cilantro with a lil kick, hot sauce is spicy but flavor. Lamb is juicy and tender, chicken is also juicy and tender. French fries taste like fried potatoes (literally delish). Rice is even seasoned, cucumber salad seasoned. This will be added to my regular craving foodie spots. Already cannot wait to order more damn food.

Update 11/19/24: I have eaten here several times. It's a craving that doesn't hurt the diet. Sauce, fresh quality items, and CUSTOMER SERVICE are top notch. Consistent food everytime. I am already OMW for the next platter. 🙏🏽🙌🏽

so im working at the huge construction site that will have 300 workers shortly and staying at the hotel next door. I've been coming in literally every day for the past 3 weeks and telling everyone at work. I've taken my coworkers out to eat several times. today I wanted potatoes and saw they only had 3 and a quarter cold potatoes left. I heard him ask and they said 2 min. (he didnt know i understand Spanish. instead of waiting he passed off the cold potatoes that should have been thrown out. I politely asked to wait for fresh potatoes. I heard him say make sure you charge him twice. I've never asked for a single thing for free, I tip everything cash. im polite and tell everyone to eat at shahs. I will never spend my 16 dollars a day or tell any of the 300 people that will be spending money every day for lunch for the next year.
