Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Newnan

Honestly, I don’t like writing reviews, but I feel I have to write this. Today I was in drive thru while on my way to work with only one car in front of us. It was okay because it wasn’t really busy but it took 6 minutes for the car in front to finish their order. I didn’t mind since I thought the car just had a lot of orders, BUT once it was my turn to order I understood why it took so long. After repeating my order several times to the lady (who sounded like she wasn’t even in the mood to be bothered) we pull behind the car in front of us. After waiting for 5 minutes we see the car get handled only three items. Once I pull up to the window, the lady asked again what I ordered after telling her 4 times already. Again, waiting another 7 minutes for only chicken tenders and an ice cream. At this point I was already late for work, but I paid my money so I couldn’t just leave drive thru. It wasn’t busy at all, so I don’t understand why it took so long for me to get my food and why the lady wasn’t hearing my order clearly. I, myself, currently work in the fast food business and I know that isn’t good for business. Dairy Queen honestly need...

We go to dairy Queen to get my son food 5 or 6 days every week my son has a problem with some foods because of the texture of the food so I get him a chicken fingers box and two cheeseburgers plain but all of their food is good they're ice cream cakes are awesome in fact I've got probably five pieces left over always get the large one cuz you'll eat every bite of it especially during the summertime and the owners and the manager and everybody that works there is so nice add I tip them when I have cash on hand that's how good they are and they want me to make sure that everything is in my bag and whenever I ask for sauces they don't give me any of this will it be 50 cent for another one know they'll give me four or five to go with my order . And also their ranch is awesome they...

I've been going to Dairy Queen for years my Grandkids love it but on Wednesday December 5th between 2.and 3 pm we stoped there to get a burger and that was the worst one We have ever gotten there the patties looked like and tasted they just came out of a freezer or maybe freezer burnt .and also cooked in the microwave I first thought it was just my taste but My husband's was the same we didnt take time to complain because we both were tired and hungry too he couldn't even eat his fries we have never had this problem there also we both had bad tummy aches for a good while afterwards ,I just hope what ever was wrong that day gets fixed I refuse to give up...
