Went in when it was slow and ordered and got our slices quickly. Was my first time eating there and would go again. I gave 3 stars after reading through some reviews, and I usually look at the poorer reviews first, to see if they are legit complaints or the occasional whiner. Needless to say I saw a pattern involving a manager named Casey, and the complete lack of customer service or apparent management skill she has. I personally have not let her,, but this is the power that reviews can leverage against such poor syandards... she seems to be smarter and better than most from what I have read..so you would think this was something she knew.. She even outs the owner for being even less caring of his clientele than she is... utterly amazed that she has a job and he still has repeat customers if that's the case. I have worked in the industry for over 30 years and have 25 of that as the executive chef or gm.. and I could not fathom talking to customers that way and still expect to be employed. I get it.. you get some people that can be ridiculous, crazy and sometimes just down right mean.. but that is part of the business and it is how you treat them during your interactions that sets the standard for the staff you manage. The food was good.. but let's be honest, it is not so good that I or anyone else should tolerate being spoken to rudely or unprofessional from the staff nevermind the manager. According to what I have read Casey says the owner makes 80 million a year and won't care.. if that's true I would think he would know if it was not for the people he doesn't care for he would be making nothing, the only thing I think that can keep Casey from completely driving away the customer base is the influx of tourist every summer who don't know that Queen b*tch manages the place, that is until zenith locals tell people that it is not the place to go. We have given Antonio's MANY chances. Every single time, we've had an issue placing an online order. We alway first try to order online because that is the ONLY way to use the coupons they provide. We have never, NEVER been able to get the website to work correctly. It doesn't matter if we use a computer, phone, different browsers, etc. Nothing works. Each time when we finally call to place the order, they ALWAYS have an excuse for why the website won't work that particular time. At this point, I no longer believe that the online ordering is intended to work or that they want to fix the issues. The obvious question is, of course, why not just call to place the order and save ourselves the angst? It's so that we can attempt to use the coupons they regularly e-mail out since otherwise the food is a bit pricey. Unfortunately, they have never honored the coupons they've send us over the phone. Even when they acknowledge that the website isn't working, they claim they can't/won't apply the coupons over the phone. This is absolutely terrible customer service, and very disappointing. It seems dishonest to provide a coupon that only works with one system, not ensure that it is a working system, and then refuse to honor the coupon any other way. We've been trying to support local restaurants throughout the pandemic because we know it's been a struggle for many of them; however, I think after this most recent time, we are done...

Was told from the current manager "Casey" that "after you receive your wings and pizzas, i don't believe Antonio's is the place for you." My reply was "With you being in a management position, this is the example you're setting, you're extremely unprofessional, and i in fact don't believe Antonio's is the place for you, since you mentioned it, i will gladly accept my money back, and you may keep the food." She gave me my money back. I asked for the owners contact info, which she gave the first name and declined to give the rest, telling me "you're going to have to look it up yourself and he owns about 6 of these, makes about 80million dollars a year, and if you think my attitude is something his attitude is even worse and he wont care." Needless to say extremely disappointed! Also if a manager of a company speaks so poorly of the owner and lacks self control, professional communication and people skills, has poor conduct, and is unprofessional, it would have one reconsider. On a high note, in the past i've ordered from Antonio's and have received great service! I also think their food is good! In my opinion, the manager is not suitable for the position, so in this case with her i'd say POOR...
