They make the order incorrectly nearly every time I come here. Today was even better. A girl named "Briana" decided it'd be smart to argue with me regarding the order.
I ordered my food, and the person up front rang it all out correctly. When I got my item, I saw that it was made incorrectly (missing sauce). I had to bust open the shell of my item to ensure the sauce was there. I politely asked if it could be remade instead of just adding sauce to it. The sauce is placed at the bottom of the taco for a reason and that's the way I like it as well. So the front associate grabbed someone (that someone being "Briana") on the line and asked to have it remade as per my request due to the sauce being missing. Briana decides to come up to the front and says "We don't have to remake the whole order, we can just add sauce to it. It's not that hard" while grabbing the order from me with attitude in front of multiple customers and other employees. I politely told her "I'd like to have it re-made instead if that's possible." Then she decides to start arguing with me and says "So what? We have to waste food because it was made incorrectly and just missing sauce?" That set me off immediately, I've worked in the food industry (Wendy's management for over a year, and as a crew member for a year). I said, "Uh yes, I'd like it remade because I'm the customer and I requested it. It should have been made right the first time and I don't really find it appropriate that you're just going to argue with me about it." She was livid and started cussing when the other crew members pushed her to the back. Etc. This was the absolute most unprofessional experience I've ever had at any Taco Bell. Briana is an African-American lady roughly 20's with black and red hair. I hope management sees this and does...
Read moreI have ordered multiple times at this location and there will be several mistakes every time. I do not mind a small mess up but when i'm missing half my order and theres two single potatoes on a spicy potato taco and they refuse to refund me even though I never got what i PAID for. I called about an order i spent 25 dollars on and the manager's excuse was that there's only ONE cook in the kitchen, which is fine i can understand waiting but what's not okay is ripping people off of what they paid for and just using a short staffed excuse. As someone who used to be a manager in several locations of other fast food chains, we would slow down on taking orders if it got busy enough so everyone can get their food made right. I feel very sorry for the employees who have to get yelled at for the results of poor management. All I asked was to either have my order remade or a refund and i was refused both even though I have pictures of everything i recieved. Horrible customer service I will not be returning to this location since they've made it clear they...
Read moreOrdered here last night. A young white gentleman at the drive thru took our order. He began cursing and making jokes at the order screen; at first it was fine, but he would not give me an opportunity to even speak as he kept speaking over me and laughing. He said everything we ordered was not available yet still added it to the screen. My order was incorrect. We informed him there was a dairy allergy and he still put cheese on the burritos. After going back through the drive thru he could not provide a refund or another item, claimed it was in the back and he did not want to make another one (order was a bean & rice burrito w/ potatoes). I asked for his name and he said Jim, then he said it was Dean. Today I called and asked for the manager to see if I could get a refund or a new burrito and the manager hung up on me. I did not expect this treatment as we were kind and patient with him last night. Very disappointed and will choose a different Taco Bell...
