Dunkin' — Restaurant in Newport

Stayed in Newport for a couple of days . First time on the drive through 9 am 15 min wait so ok it’s morning I get it. Went back around 11 am and waited 11:25 with four cars ahead of me finally got my cup of coffee. Very unfriendly when I asked her for the correct change back she shut the door immediately and I was just sitting there with no recognition finally she basically said I know I know and shut the window again. Then again I went back before work this time went into the store where 3 employees were there no I’ll be right with you, hello just had to sit there listening to them dropping the “F” bomb for 10 mins. Before the store manager took my order . Nice just because you do volume in a store does not mean that each custermer doesn’t matter. So disappointed and...

There is a massive problem with tact and manners. They had a menu item called the "Golden Hour Refresher", which when ordered, an old lady rudely replied "This is a Dunkin', not a Starbucks!" despite that menu item being...on the menu.

This same lady was ranting and cursing to other employees with the window open to where all could hear.

They all spoke with attitude, with no hint of professionalism in their way of communicating.

I would fire that lady, and since management didn't tell the staff about the new menu items, either fire them too or train them properly so...

During the most recent visit, the woman working the counter had zero smiles for customers. She was so very happy to socialize and smile with colleagues while giving dead eyes to the customers who indirectly pay her wages. No greetings to the guests and no gratitude towards clientele. (Also, no napkins were available anywhere.)

During an earlier visit, this is the only DD to mess up acacado toast; I received avacado bread.
