I wish I could give negative stars. First I ordered online it was messed up. Called to ask to replace the meal. Was told that my phone can’t be taken because they have other orders to take. Showed up and had 5 people behind me get their orders first. Tried to ask for my money back and was cussed out by an employee and waved me bye and was told to leave. Got my food and returned the commentary saying I won’t be back. Just confused why the employee got mad at me for waiting patiently for my order for a second time and then asking for my money back caused such a big deal. Especially when it was their fault! Read moreI really do hate to leave a negative review, because I do normally like Jersey Mikes but this location the past few times has really not been the best. It was my birthday today and I got a coupon from Jersey Mikes email club for a free regular sub and a 16oz drink. For some reason their machine wouldn’t read the code, they went to get a manager who asked me to put in my number, which I then did and we had some technological issues again. So it seems like something is off with their systems. I was not offered any other way to redeem the coupon.
