Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Newport

The pizza is pretty good I enjoy every time I have it. The crust is my favorite part of this type pizza. Marcos must really do a good job of making a pie, this is one of the greatest pies overhead every time I see it I just want to eat it. Sometimes I order a pie to later realize I wanted to pies so I buy another. This place always gives me the chills whenever I walk in because of the flavor that burst into my nose. Yes I said it the flavor that burst into my nose, it’s not to my mouth it’s in the my nose the smell of this pizza is the greatest thing in the world. Every time I taste it too there’s just the last that I have for the pie. I just want the pie every day, when I don’t have it I don’t know what to do with myself. Sometimes I’ll stock Marcos pizza‘s Instagram page just to look at their pies. I wouldn’t be surprised with in the next couple months from broke because I’ve spent so much money at Marco‘s. I really recommend coming here or getting takeout anytime you need any of pie. It’s good for parties work events school events private events pool parties random get-togethers I’m not sure about family events, my personal favorite eating it alone while watching alone survivor. Very rude general manager shouldn’t be employed her attitude is horrible. I deliver for a delivery company an a order came through for Marcos pizza. So I get there an the drive through line is really long so I call the store tell them who I work for an the persons name an ask if the order could be brought to the door when it’s ready. The gm replied You have to wait in line like everyone else I don’t care who you work for an hung the phone up. So I sit Through the long line for about 30 minutes I finally get to the window I tell them who I’m picking up for in the GM is in the background the order isn’t ready tell her to pull around after 30 minutes of waiting already I pull around wait for the drive-through to clear. I then go back in the drive-through to sit there for another 15 minutes and I could hear them in there talking about is she really mad because their foods not ready if you want fast food go to Little Caesars then the GM brought me the food I asked her her name she gave me her name and I gave her mine and then she slammed the door in my face. I’m assuming she’s new because 3 months ago they was getting good reviews...

Bad customer service. Bad accuracy. Unwilling to fix mistakes. Buyer beware. Have had multiple negative experiences. update The district manager reached out to me to ensure I received my credit, which was $25.00. She was a pleasure to work with and speak to. The staff there is still iffy and I believe there is a NEW General Manager, which would be a life saver for that location. Their food is great if it is made the correct way. It took me three months to retrieve my credit due to the constant mess ups. The food is great and the individuals working there try to make it right, but they need to pay better attention to the smaller details. I will move my review from 1 stars to a generous 3 stars. Update 02/24/2018 Back to their old ways One Star Service. They refused to honor a coupon that was placed out by corporate. The food was not cooked the way it was ordered and they can’t count the number of sauce cups on a receipt.
