White Castle — Restaurant in Newport

Well to be perfectly honest I have ordered certain things at White Castles here in Newport Kentucky and it was terrible I had ordered a double fish sandwich and an order of onion chips they tasted just like the fish it was awful I've ordered a fish sandwich another time and in the middle of the fish was a great big lump of something did I report it no what's the sense they're just going to say I'm sorry and be done with it I have ordered double cheeseburgers and some of the hamburgers were not completely done don't know how that could have happened but yeah when I ordered from White Castle's now I inspect what I get and from now on I will report it because I live on a very very soon budget and I can't afford to lose money because they don't cook their food the way it should be now this don't happen all the time but it has happened and I'm very leery about buying at White Castle although the workers have been very nice to me and respective to me but when it comes to getting inside White Castles and I am in a wheelchair no one comes to help it is very rare that someone might hold the door open for me and that's usually a customer so yeah you all need those automatic door openers for those of us and wheelchairs scooters and walkers it is very hard for us to get in and out of your restaurant so please take that in consideration when you read this because our life is hard enough without having to deal with this and with my wheelchair at the dollar store I accidentally busted their door glass and they know that them automatic door opener should be in place cuz a lot of us are in wheelchairs and scooters and walkers and we have a hard time getting in so please consider that when you read this thank you and have...

I have NEVER been so DISRESPECTED and HUMILIATED in my life! This was done by the male manager who works the morning shift. I was at the Pop machine in the dining area eating inside. I went to the Pop Machine which is self serve and was accused of getting a pop refill and not paying for the Pop. I have NEVER been so Embarrassed and upset in my 46 years on this planet! I was getting a water refill because I can't drink pop! I took my lid off of my water drink and had to show him. I did this because I was just completely confused and embarrassed because I would NEVER steal or not pay for my food or drink. I have given a lot of thought before writing this but I feel I do need to make other's aware of this type of treatment after spending my morning being accused of being such a person. Was Most Definitely raised different than this and have worked my entire life. Never been a thief and actually have a disorder called Ulcerated Colitis in which Keeps me from being able to drink Pop. My wife was having a Coffee and a cheese stick. After this I definitely decided to leave and decided this needed to be looked into and addressed. I have Never gave a bad one star rating to anyone else ever I don't think? But this White Castle in Newport KY was one of the worst experiences I have had in my life. The girl in the drive thru was not very friendly tried to talk to her she wouldn't answer turned around shut the window about 8 minutes she came back with my food handed thur the window then shut it again knock on window ask for my coffee looked at me shut the window returned a few minutes later handed me the coffee shut the window again. Pulled over to the side to check coffee it was black I drink mine with cream I was mad so I got out of my car started into the place with my order stopped in the middle of the restaurant walked up to the counter looked at the people kept my mouth shut took my food and coffee sat it on the counter and left. The place was dirty not busy will never go back again Iam not a mean person but I work hard for my money and I treat people the way I want to be treated I stop and think some times people have bad days we all do but this place has more than one person working there I was four others why would they all not care about the place were they work.
