I recently had the pleasure of visiting Culver's, a renowned burger restaurant, and I must say, it left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that the staff operated like a well-oiled machine. Each member knew their role and played it to perfection, creating a seamless and efficient dining experience. The staff at Culver's were incredibly professional and attentive. They greeted guests with warm smiles and made us feel welcome from the start. Despite the busy atmosphere, they managed to maintain a high level of organization and never seemed overwhelmed. It was clear that they took pride in their work and genuinely cared about providing exceptional service. Now, let's talk about the food. Oh boy, it was a revelation! The burgers at Culver's were a true reflection of the staff's expertise and dedication. Every bite was a burst of flavor, with the perfect blend of juicy meat, fresh toppings, and a soft, toasted bun. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the burger, from its presentation to its taste. It was clear that the staff's commitment to excellence extended to the kitchen as well. My first experience at Culver's was nothing short of fantastic, and I can confidently say that it won't be my last. The staff's remarkable teamwork and efficiency created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. The outstanding quality and taste of the food were a testament to their skill and dedication. If you're a burger lover like me, Culver's is a must-visit. You won't be...
Read moreStopped in here to grab a late dinner after a very long day at work, ordered at the drive thru. When my order was brought to the car I immediately noticed an issue with the caramel cashew sundae, what I received was just a plain scoop of vanilla custard, had to park, go inside and get that sorted out. Got home, opened the bag and instead of a burger pattie with a separate gluten free bun I’ve got a fully assembled regular burger, which due to food allergies I cannot eat and neither can anyone else in my household. I immediately call Culver’s and I’m told my options are to to either drive all the way back to get the correct order (even if I left right away I couldn’t have made it there by closing time) or give them my address to receive a coupon in the mail. My only option was the coupon, which when it arrived was for exactly one sandwich. I went to redeem that coupon yesterday and had to press them multiple times to include the gluten free bun as they were trying their best to charge me for it. So not only did I miss getting to eat any dinner the night of the order with multiple errors, I could’ve ended up very sick due to their negligence, then on top of all of that I had to jump through hoops to just get the sandwich I ordered and paid for weeks ago. Needless to say I will never be back. Shame on the owner/manager of this sub-par...
Read moreSo, here's the thing. I grew up in St. Louis, with Ted Drewe's Frozen Custard as the standard I still hold all others to. While NO OTHER has lived up to that standard, Culver's is a pretty good runner up, with quite an addendum:. Culver's offers great savory offerings as well as frozen custard, which Ted Drewe's does not.
Anyway, today in preparation for the minor deprivations of Lent, Himself and I stopped by for lunch, when I ordered what I consider perhaps the best fried fish sandwich available anywhere, and my hubby had a chicken sandwich, something new to us both. We shared sides and while I knocked off about 3/4 of the bread and didn't eat much of the sides, we each managed to allow that we could manage a single scoop of the flavor of the day - Oreo Mint. It made me wish I hadn't eaten ANYTHING else, but I truly do love that fish. Anyway, we are already thinking that perhaps that fish could be a Lenten Friday night dinner, although of course no frozen custard would be allowed. Oh, well. We will be back after Easter.
Seriously, this is a clean, attractive place with nice people working there who serve quality food designed to appeal to a relatively broad range of folks. There is nutritional info available on all products, and there are ways to eat healthy there. There are just more - and more fun - ways to eat...
