Dunkin' — Restaurant in Niles Township

Very very poor. One male employee very nasty and aggressive. I asked him to step outside but guess he was all talk. My wife and 2 sons had earlier went inside to buy ice cream while i waited in my car. I had asked my 12 year old to go back inside and buy Me a quart of ice cream. He was taking quite a long time. Finally i saw a woman go inside and decided to go in and see what was happening. When i walked in the lady who i had followed in was getting her change while my son was still waiting in front of the ice cream. He was just standing there waiting for someone to assist him. I saw about 5 or 6 people working behind the counter So i asked this guy why wasnt anyone taking care of my son. I guess he didnt like my asking so he became confrontational. I am ex- Marine and chsllenged him he kept mouthing off so i asked him to come outside. He didnt but kept on mouthing off. Samantha the manager stepped in and i tried to explain to her the situation but this cretin kept talking escalating and making the situation quite volatile. Finally the manager told me i had to leave which i did. I asked for her name and the name of this idiot to file a complaint, but she refused to give it to me. Poor management. At best she should have told this idiot to leave the front area and maybe all of this could have been averted. But he wasnt listening. About 2 weeks ago i was there with my wife and din buying ice cream and as we were about yo leave i wanted to buy a wuart ig ice cream but the guy was nowhere to be found probably in the back and the girl was sitting in the rear looking at her phone. So i left. I will Never return to this place again. How not to run a business. All they had to fo was say sorry i didnt see him so how can i help you? Horrible service, I had to ask for a stirer for hot tea, ordered 2 wraps and one had a hair in the veggie egg, asked for a jelly cashier 1st told me to go get it from the other end of her counter when they were mopping the floors so i could fall with my son. She then walked away an did not return. I waited 5min before anyone wondered over to my end of the counter because the area was being mopped and I could not walk pass i asked another person for a jelly an was ignored, asked the mopper to tell them i need a jelly and he did and they disgused it but never returned, finally the team leader wandered over to check the register an i told her about the situation an she "said did u order already cause their is a charge for it". I said "their is a seperate charge for jelly after i ordered 2 wraps your employee could have just said that instead of just walking away an never returning" as I said this the cashier walked behind me to greet guest/ friends that she conversed with in her langauage and embrassed as I the customer still stood at the counter waiting to be handed a jelly. The team leader said t"hats ok I will give you a jelly," so i return with my son to the table to eat my wrap an SURPRISE, an a short black hair is found sitting in the veggie egg of my wrap as i ate half way through it. I asked for a manager and as she very closely examined the wrap an saids "oh its probablly an eye lash but ill make you a new one, sorry about that" an thats it she made new, but compensation, no let me give you a refund or donut nothing just sorry here's another one!! Disgusting place, don't come here, dont eat here, horrible customer service! If you want to be treated like you are unimportant, insignificant human being after you give them your hard earned money or eat hair this is the place to be ! I used to come to this dunkin religiously. it was my favorite! i used to always recommend it to people and everything. i swore that the dunkin on golf was the goat. this place SUCKS now! on friday the 13th i went and ordered a BUTTER PECAN iced latte with oat milk… LIKE I ALWAYS DO! and what did i get? a nasty pumpkin spice latte. i understand people are crazy about it and they probably order it all the time but don’t just assume bro! pay attention bc pumpkin spice is gross and your coffee ain’t cheap for me to be getting the wrong coffee thru that drive thru. and now today, i asked the chick are you sure this is butter pecan? she said yes. i take a sip and she wasn’t wrong.. it’s butter pecan… and WATER! this coffee was so watery! it literally tasted like butter pecan and lake michigan. i swore this was the best dunkin in skokie and now i’m just...
