McDonald's — Restaurant in Niles Township

Left 530 S. Waukegan Rd, Glenview, IL location at 4:49p on 9/18/2023. In over 40 years, have never experienced such rude service at any business in my entire life. Went in with parents, man with name tag Miguel, Shift(?) Manager, at the counter. While receiving the customer in front of me, he kept leaving the counter with no explanation. When he completed that order, he again left the counter without saying a word. He could have said, "I'll be right with you," or something to that effect. There were no other customers at this time. He left, came back, and I asked him about the deal for Nat'l Cheeseburger Day. He curtly said something about the app, then left. Came back, and I tried to give him my mobile app order number, and he mumbled something else and left again. Dismissively motioned off to the side, towards the scanner, and then motioned me to move aside for the one other customer behind us, but then asked for the number. I gave him the 4 digit number and started putting in an order, but he spoke in a curt, rude manner, and frankly soured my experience altogether. I told Miguel that he didn't have to speak to us in that manner. Knowing he was a manager, there didn't seem to be any means for resolution. I cancelled the order and let Miguel know that this was not acceptable service, and that I would be logging a complaint. He continued to be dismissive, and waved us away, telling us to go ahead [and complain], and basically waved us to move aside. I drove to another McDonald's...

I work right by this McDonald’s so I come here very often. I usually never leave negative reviews, but this McDonald’s has messed up my order almost every single time I’ve gone there in the last couple years. I really don’t ask for much and I make it very clear while ordering because I know this has been an issue previously. I would like regular honey over honey mustard and I ask for extra pickles on my burgers and every single time they put no pickles and give me a honey mustard instead. I know they are very busy at lunch but they don’t take the time to actually read the order. It’s always correct on the receipt but the workers see the word “pickles” and just assume it means no pickles when in fact I’d like the exact opposite. I understand this is something small but it gets very annoying when I have to get out the car to get the correct things I ordered or get back to my office and what I ordered is always incorrect. I feel extremely rushed there. I don’t ever get a second to open the bag and make sure the correct sauce is in there. They are always rushing you because the line is long. Extremely...

This place really is terrible. I ordered a kids meal for my son and he’s a growing boy who was really hungry so i had got the kids meal and a double patty and extra fries. When i got home they literally forgot the patty and the extra fry. I was so livid because their phone number attached to the site doesn’t even work. What kind of mcdonald’s when i call you can’t have a working number. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. I was forced to drive another 4 miles back to this mcdonald’s(8 MILES TOTAL FOR SOMETHING THEY MESSED UP FROM MY MOBILE ORDER) And when i gave them the box to see they took it and never gave me back the milk i brought and PAID for and only the sandwich. This is a terrible location and I advise for your money and time don’t order here.
