Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee — Restaurant in Niles Township

This place is absolutely trash with people working the bar with almost zero knowledge of what they're doing and no desire to do better. The sanitation is appalling. They've been known to serve foods that should be cold that weren't cold, they dont clean the machine properly, coffee machine pots not cleaned, syrup pumps not cleaned and chocolate sauces for sure not cleaned as shown in the pic. That there is mold in the pic folks. Did anyone order up a side of penicillin with their white mocha? Cause I sure as he'll didn't. My advice, keep walking don't go in! Good soups, salads, bakery, coffees... loses a star for being overpriced. Imagine an overpriced Starbucks w/ LESS pretentious clientele. I feel the customers are mainly there for the same reason as I am- I need a bite to eat and happen to be parked near the east entrance of Nordstrom, too far from the madding crowd to be picky. Also, they have those coffee house type kitschy gifts to bring to someone you may be visiting when you finished shopping, forgot about while shopping/really should be on your way.
