The service was absolutely terrible 👎🏾. The person who served me name was Molly. Molly is definitely in need of retraining she acted as if I had no right to ask questions about the menu at all! Molly acted as if you she was upset she had to work! I think Molly should reconsider her career choice if she doesn’t know how to work with the public while serving food in a customer service field! Molly went to tell her “manager” Christopher everything that I asked about my order. Molly told Christopher because I had questions about MY FOOD I was complaining. Molly and Christopher both need retraining and a manager to look over them in the evening so they can both act better at work. Christopher refused to give me his name, the only reason I got it is because it was on the receipt when he messed up ringing me out, just unprofessional all around! I had to cancel the other half of my order ( fries and queso) because of their attitudes and fear of them doing something to my food, because I asked for their names so I could call about their behavior. After that Christopher made a distasteful remark saying he was scared I would do something to them which was absolutely ridiculous! Christopher had an atrocious attitude, I don’t understand how he could be the “manager” of anything! Christopher failed to ring me out twice so I finally took what was rang up by Molly (because he asked her to which was still incorrect) and paid then left. Also they gave me not even half of one wing (see the included picture) the response that Christopher gave was I personally made the order what you want me to do? Give you one wing? The fact that he made that order and thought it was acceptable to serve…. And he is a “manager” is ridiculous! I will not be back! Read moreI understand this place is severely understaffed and there is a sign in the front to warn customers coming in, however my dining experience was not a good one and it wasn’t because of the long wait time for food. There was no host available to seat me, so I sat myself at the bar. The bar seat available was dirty and still have the last person’s bill and used garbage, but I didn’t mind, I pushed it to the side and tried to order. After 8 mins of not being greeted or at least acknowledged with some sort of brief eye contact, I flagged a server down for a bottled beer (I try to be low maintenance due to understaffing). They set it down and left before I could even say thank you. I needed a menu to order but there was no one around to ask for one. I scanned the QR code for the menu, no problem. Again, I understand the understaffing issue. But I start to notice that this server was just not paying attention to me. There was a regular on one side and a long time friend on my other side. I was just some random in the middle who they didn’t care for. I had to interrupt or catch their attention to get my food order in or another drink. It was very apparent this was just poor service for me in the middle of these two. Anyway, I asked for my bill and if I could get a veteran discount but they didn’t even bother to put it on my bill. I had to flag them down again just to run my card once I got it. I spent close to 3 hours there just for two bottled beers and 5 wings. And to top it all off there was a hair on one of my wings. This location is a huge space. The bar area is great for sports. They are very clearly understaffed and the staff that is there clearly doesn’t want to be. There was one bartender (on a Friday night) that was also doing three other jobs. Our server was attentive at first but after we ordered was never seen again until I went looking for him to ask for a to-go box. Found him sitting at a table eating and talking to a coworker.
The wings took forever to appear and had clearly been sitting under a heating lamp for a while. The food gets one extra star because I ordered 15 wings and got 25 without being charged extra for some reason. Hello quality control. So thanks for the free lunch tomorrow, I guess.
Not one single thing was cleared off the table in the 2.5 hours we were there. Not even an empty glass. In the picture you can see the table next to us also hadn’t been cleared and those people had been gone for 30 minutes. My table was dirty and sticky when I was seated. Near the end of our visit even (presumably) the manager walked by and asked if the Cubs had won. Looked at the table full of empty things and kept on walking.
The men’s bathroom was DISGUSTING. Piss and overflowed water all over the floor around the urinals. Sink a complete mess. Broken soap dispensers. I can’t even imagine what the stalls looked like but I didn’t dare look.
National leadership should be appalled at the level some of these locations...
