L.A. TAN/ SORÉ WELLNESS — Local services in Maine Township

I had a few terrible experiences only in this location. I paid for my package 7 tanning $ 119 one month ago. I used 4 till today. I was there today and the person who works there told me I need to pay $5, she told me I probably bought something and was refunded and I need to pay. I told her I didn't buy anything, I only paid for the package one month ago! I wanted to go tan, but she told me I could not use my already paid package, beacuse I needed to pay $5!!!! I wanted to talk to a manager but she told me she was not here, and that I should come tomorrow! I drove 30 min there to use something that I already paid for, and she denied me!!!! She is supposed to know what she needs to do with customers, I am not there for her, but she is there for me, to give me the best service!! She told me maybe someone used my account! How is that even possible?! is that my responsibility or theirs? I asked for my money back (for the days I didn't use), and she told me “we don't do refunds!” So I paid, I didn't get my service, she didn't refund my money she didn't call a manager…. They gonna be reported for this! Just don't waste your money...

I’ve been coming to this location for all my spray tans since I moved to the area. It’s always been a great experience. I used to work at a tanning salon, I’ve been spray tanning for years. I have a professional event tomorrow, that I got a spray tan for here last night. And I look very unprofessional. My arms are blotchy, my legs are blotchy, I get that this happens occasionally. That’s not the point of this review, I’m not even the kind of person to take the time to leave bad reviews. I usually only leave really good ones. I’m not leaving this review because of the horrific spray tan. I’m leaving this review because the manager was absolutely unconcerned about my situation and after checking my history did nothing to help me. So I just want to warn you. If you get stuck with bad results. You’re screwed or you have to spend more money. And that is horrible business and horrible customer service. And the girl at the desk was very polite, but in her position if I saw someone in my situation I always took a stand for the customer. I know it won’t make a difference, but I will not be...

I went to get Spray tan on May 29, the worst experience of my life...my event was June1, I literly wanted to cry I was orange from the front only all my back was not...I went back on the 30th & told her to fix what she missed & said she couldn't unless I pay for another session...I found out later she is the Maneger their...& has no clue what she is doing apparently. Plz everyone don't waist your time here...I ended up getting spray tan again by their machine & didn't work like the actual spray gun so I went back May31 & had to get another tan...terrible everyone at my event notice...why does L.A. tan have unprofessionals spray tanning? Unfortunately when I called L A Tan they told me that the Morton Grove is the only ones that do the spray gun tan so that's why I ended up at the Morton Grove location... Ladies don't cry like I did plz read reviews before going anywhere I so learned...
